2 ★ So many litlle things don't work. Like the button for details on a product. It is also randomly logs me off.
1 ★ This app sucks and so does the website. I'm legitimately trying to get your product, and it's keeping me from it. Fix the problems.

1 ★ I also just signed up, & the website isn't working or the app. My PayPal has gone through but I can't seem to log in anywhere!! I don't even know where my box will arrive to. The apps country & phone number update is not working. On the website I log in & it sends me to a blank page!!

4 ★ I love the app but everytime I go to rate my box I get an error telling me to try again. I have removed the app and downloaded several times with the same issue.
3 ★ The app is ok, personally I use the website to manage my subscription because the app only has limited information. Developer suggestion: On the app, when I click on my box it would be nice if it showed the boxes I've ordered so I could select the box I want more information about. When selected I'd like to be able to see what came in the box and the tracking information. Similar to the IPSY app, that would be a good reference point.
3 ★ I find that the app never quite works right. I hope it's being worked on because I can't access half the stuff that isn't the "things to buy" part.
3 ★ I absolutely love receiving my fff boxes, especially the add-on's! Soo excited you can't wait to upgraded..... Until one box "supposedly" showed the "22nd!" I should remember the Month considering the 7 different times "customer service" made sure to repeat that a little too many times if you ask me. As if I didn't already know!!! Then to not recieve the ONE add-on you were actually looking for. With still no response! I could say soo much more that would cause your "clientele" to go below "30"
3 ★ I am having trouble updating and saving my shipping address. It won't bring up the country, allow me to put in a phone number or save. I just signed up for the 1st box and can't finish the process.
