LIONHEART INSIGHTS - Realize your results faster with LionHeart. LionHeart is F45’s in-studio gamification platform where a points system, with a compatible LionHeart heart rate monitor, encourages you to stay above 70% of your max heart rate to hit the goal of 45 points! Shortly after class finishes you can view and share performance reports showcasing min and max heart rate, calories burned and LionHeart points. Don’t have a LionHeart heart rate monitor? Talk to your studio or reach out in the app.

JOIN 45-DAY CHALLENGES - A guided 45-day program focused on your personal fitness and performance progress through F45’s team training, goal-targeted nutrition, and fresh wellness education to support a holistic training lifestyle. The F45 Training app extends your experience beyond the studio to register for upcoming Challenges, set personal goals, complete check-ins and Inbody Scans, and share your results.

TAILORED MEAL PLANS - Discover meal plans and recipes curated by our world-class dietitians. Further your understanding about nutrition and wellbeing from industry experts through constantly updated articles. Achieve your health goals, whether it is to reduce body fat, build muscle, or simply feel better about your wellness with calorie guide suggestions.

ORDER READY-MADE MEALS - Save time in the kitchen with ready-made meals designed to give you the high-quality nutrition you need to power through your F45 sessions. All meal vendors are approved by the Challenge nutrition team to help you stay on track, allowing you to focus on achieving your goals. COMPLETE ASSESSMENTS - Easily log and share your results for fitness assessments like Playoffs or Benchmark to know how you’re performing and improving over time. Each assessment has a companion workout or exercise run periodically in-studio with brand new assessments being added all the time so you can challenge yourself and stay motivated. Special graded assessments also rank your score and privately show if you’re in the Top 30% of finishers - an incredible achievement!

WORKOUT WHEREVER - Watch or cast workouts right from your phone for when you can’t make it to the studio or when you want to add an extra recovery session at home. Access Bodyweight, Weighted and Recovery workouts to suit all fitness levels and equipment availability. Requires an active F45 membership to access.

LEADERBOARD DISPLAY PROFILE - Bring your own personality to in-studio leaderboards with a profile picture and display name. Join exciting attendance, assessment and LionHeart competitions and games showcasing global and studio top performers. Not ready to celebrate your potential in the studio yet?
