Description
The Willow app is the first app that tracks milk flow in real time to let you know how much milk you’re producing. The Willow app is for use exclusively with the Willow Wearable Breast Pump.
REAL-TIME DATA:
As Willow works inside your bra, the Willow app helps you keep tabs on your pumping progress. The app shows you how much milk you’ve pumped and how long you’ve been pumping on each side. It also displays your current phase and suction level, and lets you know when it’s time to recharge the pump.
ALERTS + NOTIFICATIONS:
The app sends personalized tips to help you get the most of pumping, and updates to tell you what’s happening while you pump. Turn on push notifications to stay informed even when you’re not in the Willow app.
HISTORY:
Your entire pumping history is available in the app, so you can start to discover patterns in your milk production and meet your breastfeeding goals.
WILLOW STORE:
The Willow app connects to the Willow store to make stocking up on Milk Bags and accessories easy.

How-to videos make learning to use Willow easier, and troubleshooting tips help you along the way.

3 ★ App takes a while to show current session
1 ★ Because I'm so thoroughly happy with my Willow pumps, I was tempted to leave at least three stars. But, this is not a review of the pumps and app combined. THE PUMPS GET FIVE STARS BECAUSE THEY'RE WONDERFUL. The app would get zero, if that were an option. I never could link the pumps and the app together, not even with customer service on the phone helping me through the steps and troubleshooting. The app simply doesn't work. But, let me be clear: THE PUMPS ARE AMAZING. Well worth the money $$.
1 ★ Instead of taking care of their current customers and improving their app they made a completely new app only for new customers and not compatible with the gen 1 or 2 pumps. Nothing like a big Eff You to your customers that were stupid enough to buy before the gen3 was released. The app is slow to respond, if it even responds at all
1 ★ My left pump does not even turn on, and the app continually fails when I try to update my pumps. Customer service has been a joke. I have emailed and called and they don't seem to care about my situation. I am $500+ in the hole and haven't successfully pumped one single time. Save your money.
2 ★ App itself works fine - it's not glitchy and it doesn't freeze but for the price of the pump, you'd think it would track an accurate amount of pumped milk. Please make it an option to adjust the quantity pumped!!
1 ★ I love the design of the app, but gave it one star because it doesn't really work. I would love to see how much I'm pumping & love that the app is supposed to communicate with me if there's an issue, it's time to stop pumping, suction level, etc. I think the app is incredibly easy to navigate &, luckily, you don't really need to use the app to pump once you get the hang of it. For example, I just pumped over 4oz but the app says I pumped 1.3oz. Super lame.
1 ★ I love the Willow pump, but the app is inaccurate and unreliable. For people spending $500 for a breast pump I expect an app that works. This is the whole point of the app is to see in real time how much you're pumping. Sometimes it doesn't recognize that the pump is even on. Other times it reports inaccurate amounts of milk pumped. Also app doesn't allow updating amounts after pumping so I have to use another app to accurately track amounts pumped (and times since sessions don't register).
1 ★ Thi first 2 days it worked. After that it would take until the end of the pumping session to load what was pumped. Then it stopped reading the right pump all together. I re-paired the right pumpm and that fixed my problem for a day. Then the left pump did the same thing. Now neither one are showing. Ive re-paired both several times, restarteld my phone, un installed and reinstalled the app. Its junk, the amount of money spent on this pump I should have a working app.
1 ★ The app is horrible. It freezes a lot, in the middle of my session it will just go back to my last session and I cant see if I am still producing, it will communicate with only one pump at time. This is extremely frustrating. it's a shame the pump is so expensive and they cant have a decent app since it is the only way you know what is going on during your session. I have friends that will not buy the pump because they see my frustrations with the app while I am pumping.
1 ★ App crashed my pumps. Double check your phone compatibly first; tech support wont know enough to check that with you. The app basically won't work with a non Samsung/iPhone. At first I struggled to connect the Bluetooth, and then the pump wanted to update. The update caused the pump to crash. It stayed crashed. Tech support told me to take the pump to a friend with compatible phone. Now that my mom is helping me, we still can't get it to work. I'll call tech support tomorrow...
1 ★ Do not update your Willow pumps using a Pixel phone as they have significant issues with the Android app for Google pixel owners. If you do happen to have a Pixel and try to update your pump, it will render it inoperable causing a huge glitch, I know from experience!!! I reported the issue and it took 4 days for them to help me and fix the issues by speaking to app support. I lost 4 days of being able to pump!!!! These pumps are incredible other than that!!!! The app is terrible for Android!
2 ★ Similar to other users commenting here, I have consistent problems to get the app to connect to pumps to show the status of pumping (I'm using Pixel XL with Android). When I switch on the pumps and begin sessions the app does not detect the pumping is ongoing until few minutes. So I force shut the app every single time I start pumping, and it's quite annoying. I would also love to see the option to measure the milk in ml rather than oz, as now I'm converting it to metric myself outside the app.
1 ★ The pump was great at first but then I started having issues constantly. The app has been awful. It will inaccurately measure the milk pumped saying that I pumped 40oz when I only pumped 5...not even exaggerating. It will also tell me that my pump is full and it is nowhere close. I have an Android and apparently after reading other reviews...this is an issue to Android users. This really needs to be addressed. I feel like I wasted $500.
3 ★ I love the willows pumps, they work great. This app though has some flaws. I have to force the app closed to get it to update when i am pumping constantly. It will only stay connected for about 30 seconds. If the bag is not perfectly put into the pump it will not read how much milk has pumped correctly. I love that it saves all the history of when you pumped and how much but i would love to see a daily total column and a function to write a note on each pump session.
2 ★ the pumps are fine but the app is unreliable and inconsistent. you must keep track of your ounces on your own. the app/pump will shut the pump off saying it's full at 2.5 oz. but I have 4 in there or 3. Or it'll shut off at 2 plus or so ounces for no reason. it makes a waste of a bag when you have more to add and you can't restart etc. I've contact customer service about this and wondered if it was an issue with the new style bags but they keep saying to try and address the crinkle of the bag.
