2. Preferences - Developer options - Allow mock location or mock location app selection (Fake GPS) - Use app
App permissions
Fake GPS 1.3.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
