1 ★ I can't update my direct debit details through the app. This should be the most simple design because if I can't update it, it means you don't get paid. And if you don't get paid then you'll shut off my service
4 ★ Overall a good app but the data tracking isn't real time. Wish you could change your profile information and directdebits and plans all from the app then it would be 5 stars

1 ★ This app is broken. If I could give zero stars I would. Since the last review I am now able to login, so thank you developers for fixing that problem. There are some features that I would like to see sich as the ability to switch to a different or more suitable plan.
5 ★ Excellent app. It works on my galaxy note 10+. Hey anyone using Samsung galaxy note 10, you can fix the problem through setting. All you have to do is just clear data and clear cache through setting, apps, my Exetel. Good luck mates
