2 ★ Everytime I attempt to make a payment, it keeps telling me my session went up. I have tried numerous times trying to submit my payment. This is very frustrating. Please fix!!!
5 ★ Excellent app I never have any problems looking at my bill or paying my bill. I like the way it breaks down my bill for me and explain how much electric and gas I've used and suggest how to lower or keep my bill on the same level.
4 ★ The app will not load my information. It says no internet connection which is not true. I have a Motorola XT 1585 Droid turbo 2. Now at 702 p.m. the same day, it is working.
5 ★ So easy to use. Love all of the features to view account details, such as comparative usage.
2 ★ It would be great if I could use the app to track my power usage by month, week, day, and hour AND compare it to previous usage.

3 ★ I have been using this for about 4 months now and have not had any issues. About a week ago I went to use the app and noticed that it didn't show me the whole month of Aprils usage under the usage tab. I paid my bill the other day but the app still shows as me not paying the bill even though I have a confirmation number. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and I have restarted my phone with no luck. Please fix this bug. Thank You
