Network Speed - Speed Meter 2.8.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to collect component usage statistics
Declaring the permission implies intention to use the API and the user of the device can grant permission through the Settings application.

5 ★ There are so many network meters out there but this one is the most special. The reason is because it offers a unique feature "the floating widget" which its usefulness lies in being able to be shown over apps. This is important feature for me as I want to always see my network screen even in full screen apps.
2 ★ After few minutes ago, internet speed meter stopped, i mean on upper notification bar cant run. Speed is stuck on same number. This problem i phase in android 10.

2 ★ I loved it before when i was using a version 6 android but i upgraded to a version 10 and the app has been terrible. It tells the wrong network usage, it can be showing 250mb now later it'll be showing 193mb... Please fit it, till then the app will be in my freezer
5 ★ There are many internet speed meters but this app is really special than any other app.... Usually installed apps are just waste.. While we lock screen and ON it the speed meter will OFF in navigation bar.... So this is really usefull and can save your time and MB...

1 ★ The time to reset the daily data cannot. Its stuck at 12:00 am in Android 5 In Android 9 the reset at a particular time does not work. The time may be different but it still shows the data from 12 am Developer you there?

3 ★ the widget fonts disappeared when background color matches it. And pls lower the ram consumption to save battery.
