1 ★ Clunky, awkward, not user friendly. Good example of how not to write app. Tracker is no visible in app regardless I can communicate with it using texts. Application stops quite often unexpectedly without any reason. If I could give negative rate I would do. Such a shame because device itself has a lot of potential and is quite decent.
1 ★ I bought a new product, but doesn't provide me the user ID and default password. Cannot login means cannot do live tracking! Pay so much for the tracker and comes with a useless app!
1 ★ 17 emails and still unable to create an account, Tells me to signe in, but no way to register it
