App features include:
• Native app: No Wi-Fi connection required to access the conference program, schedule or animated maps.
• Stay informed about hot issues, program changes, your upcoming sessions and organizer messages.
• Program: Browse the entire event program to build your personal schedule and bookmark sessions and speakers.
• Take notes and email them.
• See exhibitors, maps, related conference info and much more.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
App permissions
2016 APS Convention 1.2 APK requires following permissions:
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
