1 ★ Useless App, I've never seen a mobile sim app as stupid as this, that doesn't display the name and information of the person that registered the sim card, it's asking you otherwise to put in your details, what if you wanted to see the person that registered the sim? 🤦🏾♂️ I'm disappointed in 9mobile, well u can't expect much from a Nigerian based Network, that's what u get for chasing away the foreign owners with your bills 😒
1 ★ This app is indescribably fraudulent and useless! Zero rating would have been much, much better. I funded my account to buy an app, the money (2, 000 naira) deducted from my bank account but not shown in the app itself. That has happened several times. Google has damaged my financial wellbeing by approving this damn app for making payment; I am beginning to be skeptical about Google genuiness.
5 ★ B4 now, i ranked mymtn app at the top. But after navigating thru this app, i will place dis app up in the heavens...awesome app ..i can even check my data usage.
1 ★ This your app is not worthy of rating. I downloaded it. It asks for mobile number after opening. But it cannot contain all numbers. It only collects nine digits, no room for the remaining two digits. Now, I can not register my 9mobile on the app. Try do something about it. Thank u...
1 ★ The only good thing about this app is the look. Beyond that I can't use it because it doesn't send the OTP code that it prompts you to enter your mobile number for. If you can't integrate it into the network then don't launch it. Absolute waste of time, over an hour and multiple attempts with "Resend code" and still nothing. Rubbish!
3 ★ Works okay, but requres verification to log in most times... Very inconvenient as I use it to manage an internet dongle...

1 ★ The app is a waist if I could rate without a star I would because it doesn't send otp I have waisted up to an hour I kept on pressing resend but still no otp pin what a waist of time
1 ★ Tried times without numbers to log in, but could not receive OTP. This is useless.
4 ★ It's working fine and well for me and people should understand it's still under certain developments,it will be clear soon although I never got my 200mb but it's a good app....developers need to be snappy abi una wan sell am again??
1 ★ I have been waiting for an otp code for more than hour. I still have not gotten and otp code. Please work on your app ASAP
1 ★ Very bad, OTP was not sent to my line despite 3 times trial and other network sent theirs immediately.
5 ★ Awesome! Ig9ite is a great app. The GUI is amazing. It is user friendly with easy navigation. Well done 9mobile!!
3 ★ Please update the app to show NIN status so people are aware if they put the correct number. Should help ease the barrage of cases coming up soon
1 ★ Update doesn't allow one to use existing Facebook or Google profile. And once a profile is activated you cannot update or make changes.
