=========
A full history of your data is saved in an encrypted tamper-proof journal which means you can review, replay and revert any changes you have made at any point in time.
How does it work?
===============
EteSync integrates seamlessly with your existing apps. All you need to do is sign up (or run your own instance), install the app, and enter your password. After that, you will be able to save your contacts, calendar events and tasks to EteSync using your existing Android apps, and EteSync will transparently encrypt your data and update the change journal in the background. More security, same work-flow.

EteSync - Secure Data Sync 2.4.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to read the sync stats.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.

1 ★ Broken. Successfully used it for the two free weeks. After that I subscribed and paid for a yearly plan, but my account continued to be inactive and unpaid for over a week? Contacted support via email, they say payment is still broken???? Had to move all my data back out of etesync, what a waste of time :(
