Description
To use this app version, you need a supported installation/version of ProCall Enterprise in which you have been activated as a user. Supported installations/versions of ProCall Enterprise are:
- ProCall 7 Enterprise (end of support: May 31, 2024; ProCall Mobile can no longer be used with ProCall 7 Enterprise from May 31, 2025)
- ProCall 8 Enterprise, with a valid software maintenance contract
With ProCall Mobile, the native app for iPad and iPhone, users can easily access selected and proven unified communications and CTI functions from the bestselling ProCall Enterprise. Important data on business contacts and information on the availability of colleagues enables efficient communication at all times, even when on the move. Features such as video chat or the integration of softphone functions (SIP) significantly upgrade the app.

ProCall Mobile 2025.02.19 APK requires following permissions:
Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.
Allows a calling application which manages it own calls through the self-managed ConnectionService APIs.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows read access to the device's phone number(s].
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

2 ★ Base Usage is with MacOS in our Company. My phone is powered by Android, and somehow the App is not working correctly. Calls come in on basic phone app, so I can't see if the call is private or over the app. Also, I cannot forward the call and always have to hang up and tell the customer that the requested coworker will call back. In my situation - this app, sadly, is useless. On iPhones, my colleagues say it's working not bad.
