1 ★ Can't download any maps. They download all the data then say 'download failed' just as they complete
4 ★ This app is an amazing resource with many options for mapping, but a recent update has caused base layers that used to work to no long do so...hence a drop in stars.
1 ★ Some function are missing after updating this apps. l used JTUWMA function before this but after i update this application the function are missing. if there are zero star to rate this app, i give zero star.

5 ★ One of the main reasons I love this app is the National Geographic map. It is a map that shows a whole lot of creeks, streams, and other permanently flowing waterways that are missing or totally lacking on basic road maps such as Google, Bing and the like. Remember folks you can only survive two or three days tops without water. No real since in dying of thirst and you're only 1/3 of a mile from a watercourse you never knew was there.
2 ★ Crashes a bit.. Some of my outside agency served and personal maps won't load or display. Known addresses fail in search and can't be geolocated in the app, but Google and others have no problem. Says can download maps for offline use, but no provision to do so. Testing to use as GIS, SAR, and emergency management tool, but varies widely in response, ability, and function.
4 ★ excellent app, but sometime it does not show the boundary of each land title, overall good. But recently the app layers functions are working, any one can help!
1 ★ Great when it works that 1 day a year! Full of so many glitches it's not usable. Most of the map layers won't work 99% of the time, and every few weeks it says 'no maps available' then won't let me log in (yes maps are available and yes my login details are correct), then throws an error message every so often saying the app in unstrustworthy source, i click trust, and it keeps asking me to trust it over and over.
2 ★ Before the update the app worked, it was slow but it at least worked. After the update none of the layers work or anything. This app is useless right now as I can look at the layers. I have contacted them and they said it will be fix in the next update but that's been months ago. I've been reading the reviews and it seems like everybody is having the same problem but yet they haven't released the update yet to fix it. Very disappointed with this app
1 ★ Why is my weblinked csv file that show us just fine on arcgis online come up as an unsupported file type on this app? This is literally the simplest thing a gis software can do - display dots on the map. Why is ESRI stuck in the stone ages with their platform? Why are there 17 apps in the Google play app store and none of them are really that useful? My team hates using these products, which forces me to use Google maps and other products. ESRI had a head start by decades on MapBox and others but those guys know how to innovate and are going to keep eating your lunch.
2 ★ It was really good...was being the operative word. Now it's that damn slow to load it's almost unusable. It won't jump to the site you've searched for resulting in lots of stuffing around zooming out to find the tag then zooming back in on it, as I said, It was good.
3 ★ Works great with mmpk files. However when I'm in the woods or rural area with no cell service, it still tries to go out to AGO to get sample maps and doesn't load, which makes offline maps pointless. Please fix: when I choose continue without signing in, don't try to connect to AGO.
5 ★ simply an amazing company. speaking without professional experience per se, as a lay person who has interest in geographical information systems and so on I am astounded by the information within the map layers alone. invaluable. that is only what one can do with data that others have collected and posted online, not even considering what you can do by collecting your own data. whether you are a surveyor or own a shipping company, theres something for you in GIS and ESRI owns the competition.
