1 ★ Do not create app when you cant use it properly. Listen to all feedbacks from all users and fix them up. Do it properly or just dont do it. Cheers.
1 ★ I can't download the offline area the rest of my crew has downloaded. I have over 68gb of storage available i have no clue why it's not downloading.
2 ★ This app is not optimized well for Android. It is constantly failing to connect to servers. Constantly crashing. It takes sometimes up to a minute for the external GPS to sync my location with the app. Coworkers with iOS do not have any of these issues.
1 ★ Can't even log in to this or Explorer, and yes my login details are correct. ArcGIS apps are extremely glitchy and barely work at the best of times. Very frustrating.

2 ★ Hi, if using samsung dex, can you list the shortcut for this apps, I cant find the zoom out function.
1 ★ Devs must be left handed. In the apple version, drop down is on the left and theres no way to put it on the right. I contacted them and the response was the latest IOS UI design guidline encourages use of the left side panel. IOS is such a joke. If youre wondering why this app sucks on android, its because its made for apple. Another bad decision from the devs was to use apple. Most of the population is right handed. ESRI, good idea, bad execution. Classic will be gone soon, so i was told.
3 ★ Very draining on battery. My job recently switched from paper worksheets to using this app. (Water meter/irrigation backflow testing) My phone is a Galaxy Active S6 oh, so kind of old but it was still working fine before I had to start using this app. First day I used this app it was heating up my phone and draining my battery. Since then my phone heats up even with minimal use and the battery seems to have been compromised because of this app. Besides that, useful tool to increase productivity
2 ★ Disappointed. Downloading offline areas is frustrating. Once a magic number is hit, it stops downloading. Some areas download, others don't. I'm on area 41 and it continues to error. The webmap is fine since other areas download. Drawing polys in app, why do i have to move the map instead of placing points like the old app? This is inefficient, confusing, and annoying. Uninstalling the app also deletes tpks. Those need to be kept on the device for the reinstall. So many issues!

2 ★ Extremely frustrating to use. Multiple failed downloads of created offline map areas and sync issues. Survey123 is much more reliable.
2 ★ Useful but crashes too frequently... Especially problematic for field use!
2 ★ Doesn't work to great with Android Galaxy S9. Crashed at every save and took to long to update info.
