Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

5 ★ App works amazing! Only question I have is if there is away to open the port 80 on an android device.
4 ★ Works fine but whenever I make changes to the files inside the htdocs the entire server restarts. I wish it need not to restart in order to refresh just one file change.

5 ★ I've got this, the PHP server, and the MariaDB server. Setting them all up needed a bit of care but there are good instructions on the website. I managed to get phpMyAdmin installed too. Works great and is just what I was looking for.
