5 ★ Very usefull Informations. Unfortunatley, the prices are in UK pounds!
1 ★ Review of the company : I urge you to not use anything related to Esky, so far the experience has been horrible. I had a booking which had to be postponed during the early days of the pandemic (no refund allowed). It was impossible to get them to reply, and still to this day ( 30/03/2021 ) the booking issue is not resolved and asked me to pay for an additional charge for postponing my booking and still no ticket confirmation. You're better off dealing with the airline itself.

1 ★ AVOID IT! THEY CHOOSE FOR YOUR FLIGHT. THEY DONT ADMIT ANYTHING OF THEIR MISTAKE EVEN IF I SEND YHEM SCREENSHOTS. TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY. I DONT RECOMMEND IT.
1 ★ When I purchased a ticket from these people I put in Belleville Illinois to jacksonville so when I got the ticket it said nashville tennessee to jacksonville so I called and tried to cancel it because it was wrong they told me I have to pay to cancel it! I will never purchase anything from them ever again!
1 ★ Not review of the app, but a review of this company that is completely useless and I don't recommend anyone to use it, since if you for some reason have your flight cancelled, eSky will make you wait for months ( me personally - 11 months ) just to say that they can't apply for a refund on my behalf. After multiple emails and even a phone call, it took them 11 months to say that they can't apply for my refund, even tho everything was booked using their app ans for that they got their fee.
1 ★ Esky.ro... my last flight from Bucharest to UK : i buy tickets for 4 persons 2 adults and 2 childrens (2 and 12 years old) i choose check-in when i pay and flight was Saturday...i received check-in for me and my son 2 years old and for my wife and my big soon check-in missing... how is possible that? On the app i see only 2 seaters...i think is not a problem with that...so i fly back to UK only me and my son my wife and other son is still in Romania 😡 I try to ring the company but nobody there

1 ★ It's alot cheaper to book through an actual air line rather than Esky. You can't even change your booking if need be without jumping through hoops with support. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth, save your time and money
1 ★ Worst company ever...a total scam. Just look through all the one star reviews. Buggy app will cause you to lose money. You are better off booking through the airline. This is nothing but a scam designed to add unneeded extras and then refuse to honor their policies.
1 ★ I had a terrible experience with eSky. I will recommend you to avoid them whenever possible. 5 hours before my flight and I didn't have my boarding pass, even after trying to call then and emailing multiple times. No valid contact number. Wrong information provided regarding luggage. The app is not user friendly and the personnel seems quite incompetent. All in all, a waste of money and time. Be aware that their branding can be deceitful.
1 ★ Do not buy tickets from eSky under no circumstances! Just buy them directly from the air company. I've used eSky to travel from London to Bulgaria, they cancelled my flight which is fine, it happens, but that was 2 months ago. After that I can't reach eSky, they are not answering my emails, and they haven't paid back my money ! I actually paid extra for tickets cancellation insurance but still they refuse to pay us back, and worst thing is that they are not even replying to my emails anymore!
