2 ★ You can't trust on it. Very often it's inaccurate about the situation/availability of charging points. Right now I had a problem to use a fast charger, the app didn't display that the charging point was out of service, I had nearly no battery. When I rang USB the attendant told me that I should check before even after I said that I had checked the app... So honestly, be prepared... Hope they start to charge for us to use, hopefully it's going to improve the service...

2 ★ At least the previous map told you where there were vacancies, and if a point was unavailable on arrival you could check to see when it became vacant. I wonder how much of our money was spent paying an "expert" to develop this very inferior system. One point I use (when possible) is at Clonakilty. This was completely out of commission for a long time and has now been replaced by a newer model. It might be fixed now but for at least six weeks you could plug into the A outlet, the light would go blue and you would walk away happy and not notice that a short while later it would turn red and stop charging! I am hesitating to record my credit card number as I have little faith in the technology of this company!!

1 ★ Like others are saying, this app is deffo not "real time". Example, if a station is offline, it takes about a day to show up as offline in the map. I called the guys and asked directly if they could see the station was offline, they can't. They rely on people calling in. So why not allow people to mark the station offline via the app like many other apps do? Very little functionality in the app so far. Needs a lot of development. You should use user feedback as users are really the best source.

1 ★ Almost impossible to find charge points on map. I'm pay-as-you-go. Both app and charge point told me car was charging. I came back half an hour later to find no charge added to car. Only once I disconnected from charge point did I get an email saying I had insufficient funds. Would have been nice to have been told this at start of charging rather than being told car was charging for half an hour when it wasn't!!!!

1 ★ New UI is fundamentally flawed. The old version brought you to your location by default and you could very quickly find a nearby charger. The new version has no current location function (that I can see!) which means you have to go digging through the embedded google map manually to roughly locate where you are. This is a fundamental usability flaw and bad oversight. Can you fix for the next release OR better still go back to much much better previous version.

1 ★ The application does not show real situation. A car could be connected by cable to changer without charging, but the application shows point as available. A place for charging could be taken by some car, but the application shows point as available. In some cases the application had shown non correct information. If you travel, count last kilometres to charching point, you cannot relay on the application.Charging point must be equipped with sensors and provide information if a place takes or free

2 ★ Having a map of locations is useful but some features lacking. Clicking a charge point should update the status each time you click, not requiring manual refresh. There should be a list view showing nearest charge points, it would be useful to see how long a unit has been occupied for. Updated 2015?

3 ★ Could not report charger problem from app on Pixel 2 phone as app said "must leave description" even though description is filled in. Also a charger session was started without my permission in some faraway town and there was no way to stop it from app even though I was account holder. Also overstay fee is not listed in charge history. Also app only seems to work on my 4G internet connection, not wifi, compared to website works with both. Etc

1 ★ Roll back quickly please. Terrible update. You need your current location, closest charge point, occupancy. Its would be nice to see if there is other cars waiting. This is now a paid service, it was bad enough when this was free. We are now paying to use this service.... get a developer it's 20hrs work.

1 ★ New version is absolutey terrible!! Dosen't show current location, map doesn't fill the whole screen and using 2 fingers to scroll eliminates one handed use! A complete downgrade in every way from what I can see!

1 ★ New version does not allow you to refresh is more difficult to use and starts showing you a useless national overview , please use some basic use case design consideration when you build this stuff . This could be made so much more useful with notification when chargers become available etc

2 ★ The iOS version of this app wasn't too bad, but here, it's EXTREMELY slow to load, my screen goes off before it lets me sees the charge points, that's with full bar 4G reception.

1 ★ This app gives incorrect information. The app indicates that certain charging points are available however when you arrive they are occupied. Very annoying.

1 ★ Shockingly bad "upgrade", the app is utterly unusable now. No current location finding, no one-handed use, no refresh option etc. Absolutely awful app.
