Vault 3 is:

The Vault 3 outliner organizes your notes, memos, and lists. Stay organized and productive with convenient, secure, searchable access to your personal information on your Android phones, tablets, and Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X computers!
Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux desktop versions of Vault 3 are also available. Vault 3 documents can be used by the Android and desktop versions of Vault 3. The desktop versions of Vault 3 include XML import and export features.
Cloud Sync:
Vault 3 files can be opened by the Dropbox Android app, as well file manager apps. When Vault 3 files are opened by the Dropbox app, they are synchronized with the cloud. Click File / Close when you are finished using a Vault 3 document on your Android device. When you click File / Close, any changes you have made will be uploaded to the cloud.

5 ★ I rely on this app every day. It may look simple, but it has the features necessary to keep track of everything you need day-to-day and year-to-year. It's interoperability between devices and operating systems is the killer feature. You'll need Dropsync to enable syncing, which takes the convenience offered to a whole new level. Don't bother with other sync services, Dropbox is the go. Well done Eric!
5 ★ My ultimate outliner. Simple. Very professional. Cross - platform sync!
2 ★ Entered three short lines to see outlining capability, but couldn't find any commands for it. Clicked items; long-pressed items; no outlining commands came up. They have to be there somewhere, but a user shouldn't have to hunt for them.
3 ★ Nice to be able to review Vault 3 note from Android device. But seem that embedded image is not supported. Wonder will that be supported soon ...
