Description
The application of the EPP-VAT is used to keep records of vehicle mileage in order to account for VAT.
From 1 April 2014, the full deduction of expenses related to motor vehicles shall taxpayers who use the vehicles exclusively for business. In order to demonstrate that the vehicle is used exclusively for business it is necessary to maintain the detailed records of vehicle mileage.
The application of the EPP-Tax was created specifically to keep records to account for VAT on the basis of the amended VAT Act.
The application allows you to keep records that contain accordance with the Act:
- The registration number of the motor vehicle
- The date of commencement and completion of keeping records
- State odometer of a motor vehicle at the inception of record keeping at the end of each
accounting period and the date of completion of keeping records
- Entry person driving a car for each use of the vehicle, comprising:
a) the serial number of
b) the date and purpose of your trip
c) a description of the route (where - where)
d) the number of kilometers
e) the name of the person driving the vehicle
- Confirmed by the taxpayer at the end of each accounting period with regard to the authenticity of the entry of the person driving the vehicle, if it is not taxable
- The number of kilometers traveled at the end of each accounting period and the date of completion of keeping records
The application allows you to generate a finished report in HTML or RTF. The report can be transferred to your computer for accounting purposes or to print via e-mail, Dropbox, Skype, wi-fi direct, bluetooh and many others.
The EPP-VAT can create your own data dictionaries: steering the vehicle, location, objectives trips. Dictionaries facilitate and accelerate the subsequent trips to the records. When making use of the previously entered data. Data can be edited.
How to get started:
Step 1 - Enter the records in the "registers"
Step 2 - Enter the period (monthly or quarterly) in the "Circle. billing"
Step 3 and further - Enter drive to the records in the "Enter drive". Subsequent crossings enter in this tab
Step 4 - preview the records in the "Show records"
