Description
Epicor Eagle Level 27 or higher and Role Based Security are required as well as a Wi-Fi or mobile wireless internet connection. Epicor Eagle Level 27.1 required for serial number tracking within Physical Inventory. Epicor Eagle Level 29 required for serial number capture within PO Receiving. Epicor Eagle Level 29.1 required for local/direct label printing. Epicor Eagle Level 34 required for Transfer Receiving and Shipment Verify.

2 ★ Really handy for what I need and I use it often. Recently when trying to scan something the app forces my flashlight on and makes it difficult to scan bar codes.

1 ★ Probably the worst inventory management system I've ever seen
4 ★ We need images from primary vendor catalog. Bar code reader is camera and can be quirky. Phone and wifi dependant; old phones and creaky or no wifi will cause poor performance. A separate wifi through your sonic wall is best; don't plug a wifi into your network without security. Might be bad. My samsung note 8 is old but works fine. It's fast in the store. Not for production as a purpose-built handheld terminal with an integrated scanner covers that mission, but great asap functionality.
2 ★ Doesn't always update QOH changes. Needs to fix issues.
