Download the latest Ambient Temperature - Galaxy application, version 1.8, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by EnvyAndroid and is easy to download and install.

This is a free (no ads or permissions!) and very lightweight app for displaying the ambient temperature of your Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 3.
(Does not work on S4 Active, since it does not have the sensor)
This app will always be free, with NO ads, however, if you would like to show your support for my work, you can get the Donate version of this app (with the purple icon). That would motivate me a lot to improve the app with new features, and help me pay the server rent :)

- Temperature sensor (Celcius or Fahrenheit)

This does NOT register battery temperature, but the temperature from the devices' own sensor! (room temperature)

5 ★ The widgets update on touch. What I would like to see besides what is already is some transparency or some skins. Don't change the programming it's good as it is.
3 ★ latest version, compared to a manual room thermometer is about 2 degrees warmer.
4 ★ What I would like to see is an auto update on home screen widget. This could be a choice from 30 sec to 1 hr. Perhaps.... 30 sec, 1 min, 5 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins or 1 hr. That way if I unlock screen to check temp, I could know within 30 sec what temp is. This would alleviate me from trying to push icon for update with trying not to touch phone so much. This would certainly make it worthy of 5 stars and donation! Thank You! Also, I am used to inhg on Barometer, so a choice of Barometer Display would be nice!
4 ★ The addition of max/min and a 24 hour (user defined lengh) history graph would be nice. The widget is great as it is, although some additional customisation options wouldn't hurt.
5 ★ Temperature is one or two degrees off but still pretty accurate for trying to get a good guess of the room temperature by using my phone as a thermometer
1 ★ Gives me an error on my brand new AT&T Galaxy S5 that it does not have a built in Ambient Temperature sensor.

4 ★ I was looking for an accurate temperature where I was at, this does it. It would be nice to have auto update intervals and black shadow or outline on text for light wallpaper. However it is black after a phone restart and I have to delete it and re-add it to my screen.
