4 ★ I've been using this app/service for about a year now. Very good app, you need to be patient sometimes as the unlocking of the car can take a few seconds (generally about 15 seconds but 60 seconds was probably my worst experience). I've heard some people have had issues during the sign-up process but mine went pretty smoothly. Cars are not always very clean but they do the job at a reasonable price.
2 ★ I registered in 2017 and I never managed to use it, 3 years later they told me my licence was verified and everythingwas fine but I couldn't unlock a single car. Then, they said they sorted, I bought a promotion package of 30€ but I could never unlock a car again. It's slow compared to other similar services and generally not intuitive. Also, for some reason, every few weeks it logs me out and I can NEVER sort it by myself. The app just goes nuts every time the same way, systematically.
1 ★ Unusable. The registration process takes ages and always ends with an error which discards all your progress and forces you take an infinite stream of pictures over and over again. A worthless waste of your time, avoid.
1 ★ the app is buggy the cars are too few and too often you only find out they won't move when you already walked all the way to get one. apparently you can leave a car with no fuel and it won't even start and the app just says "needs refueling"
1 ★ The app doesn't work for me since three days after the last update. After several calls to customer service still no answer, no explanation, no messages from them, nothing. Really bad service.
1 ★ Worse Experience Ever: waiting 7 months, deducted 30 euros, not possibility to use the service even for one time, I end up with deleted account. I opened an account in Enjoy Italia and I made a mistake in one letter of my Fiscal Code (O with 0) 7 months ago. The account was first approved and activated. Then, after the registration fee of 10 euros was deducted and I was charged 20 extra euro, my account got blocked. I could not get any service. I made a lot of calls in 6-7 months but the customer service was not able to change the letter and the account continued to be blacked.... After 7 months, they just deleted my account without reimbursing the registration fee neither the 20 euro extra. I end up waiting 7 months, made countless number of calls to customer service, not able to use even one time the service and spent 30 euros.
1 ★ Terrible experience. I had to go through the sign up process 4 times (including taking pictures of my ID and driving licence), and always ended up with a blank screen. There is no other way to sign up, so I gave up.
1 ★ really very bad! signing up is almost impossible, but finally, i succeded. but after completing the registration and logging in back, it keeps asking me about documents i already uploaded and results verified (according to their notice by email)
1 ★ Resident in Rome. Could Never use the service as it is impossible to register my foreign visa card. Support did not help at all, they did not really care on the phone and never replied to emails and support request I use share now for a year and half much better!
1 ★ Useless, full of bugs and not user friendly. Can't log in, doesnt recognize the code it send to you through email and other silly things like that.
1 ★ Molto deludente!! Dopo due giorni tentativo di inserire documenti personali oggi Inserito tante volte la mia carta di credito e ancora mi chiede di inserire dati bancari!!! Applicazione funzione malissimo, userei di sicuro un'altra azienda di car sharing!! AWFUL!!!! After 2 days trying to input my documents, today asked me to insert my credit card information and after so many times inserting my bank information still aske me to put it!!!
1 ★ It charges 1-2min more for every rent. Absolutely negative feedback for short rent (just a few minutes). The app is very slow in processing both rental start and end
1 ★ Impossible to have it started on my phone and the app won't recognize my driving licence! A waste of time!!!
1 ★ Unusable app can't register. Can't sign up at all. Trying to scan my UK Passport says "Unrecognized document" immediately. Needs to be fixed as they are losing customers
1 ★ Randomly tells me "something went wrong" and then goes back to login screen. I have to sign-in at least 2 times to do anything. Won't accept my TransferWise MasterCard debit.
