Description
If you already have a Plenitude account you can log in with the data you use for the Personal Area of the eniplenitude.com website, otherwise you can register directly from the app.
What you can do with the app:
● Consult recent and past bills thanks to the Bill archive, filtering the results by issue date or payment status.
● Export and save bills on your device.
● Activate the Digital Bill: receive bills via email as soon as they are issued to reduce the use of paper and avoid delays or forgetfulness.
● Use digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) to pay bills directly in the app.
● Pay by credit card without additional commissions and in total safety.
● Pay by direct debit from your current account: the amount will be debited automatically on the day the bill is due and you will no longer have to worry about anything.
● Pay in installments: customize the installment plan for each bill based on your needs, choosing the payment method, number of installments and frequency.
● Send the self-reading: communicate your actual consumption to avoid bill adjustments and pay only what is actually due.
● Consult the reading history: keep the trend of your consumption under control over time.
● Log in with biometric data: set facial recognition or fingerprint to quickly log in to the app.
● Use the “Stay logged in” feature: log in to the app without entering your details every time.
● Monitor consumption in detail: analyze the consumption graphs of each supply, filter them by time period and compare them.
● Take advantage of the exclusive advantages of the loyalty program: sign up to Plenitude Insieme to receive new savings opportunities every month.

1 ★ Eni stole my money in a machine that does not return change. As a tourist, my vacation ended and I left the country on Sunday, and all I have is a worthless piece of paper that says they owe me 30€

1 ★ l'app è diventato una cosa indescrivibile questi giorni, non mi fa più accedere da quasi 3 settimane e non posso più vedere i miei consumi ne pagarli. la cosa più irritante è che spreco del tempo per contattarli, ti dicono la stessa balla in continuazione che non possono fare niente e che il sistema è in aggiornamento da oltre un mese
1 ★ Imbarazzante, msdos era più stabile. Edit: ora dopo un update (mi pare) avete fixato i vari bug. Non esiterò a segnalarne altri in ottica di miglioramento ed efficienza vostra. Buon lavoro
2 ★ UX del login con costanti problemi. Anche con l'autofill di email e password, cosa che dovrebbe scongiurare errori di digitazione, non riesco ad accedere al mio account. Il problema si presenta sia su smartphone che laptop.

1 ★ Sto provando a pagare l'ultima bolletta, emessa il 12 novembre 2020, tramite l'app, ma mi appare il messaggio di errore "Sessione scaduta o cookies temporanei non abilitati". Sbaglio qualcosa? O è un problema di app?
1 ★ Bug continui. Continua a sloggarmi ogni volta, non memorizza la password ed a volte non riconosce il nome utente, per entrare bisogna provare più volte.
1 ★ Se provo a vedere "i miei prodotti" da sempre errore, se provo a vedere "le tue bollette" da sempre errore, se premo "domiciliazione bollette" la app si chiude.

1 ★ Maggio 2020: l'ultimo aggiornamento FORZATO, non funziona: dá sempre "Servizio al momento non disponibile". Peccato, un'altra app rovinata dall'eccessivo budget del settore informatico (ed é uno sviluppatore a dirlo) e dall'ignavia dei TOP dirigenti. Precedente valutazione: Semplice e immediata, la prima impressione é favorevole. Manca una sezione Contatti (tel, email, pec ...) o ancor meglio una Chat, il miglior canale x comunicare e risolvere.
1 ★ Da oggi (2020-05-28) posso effettuare il login (cosa che falliva da giugno 2019, con l'assistenza che diceva di aspettare un aggiornamento). Perché però devo dare il consenso a modificare file sul telefono e visualizzare messaggi/chiamate per poter scaricare (neanche vedere, scaricare) le mie bollette? Già avete impiegato 1 anno a far funzionare il sistema di login, ora dovrei fidarmi e concedervi quessi permessi per scaricare un file? Rileggetevi le linee guida dei permessi Android...
