Convivium gestiste, for the administrator and condòmini:
• TECHNICAL SIGNALS : facilitates the management of requests for intervention, updating the condominiums and the administrator in real time on the progress
• ADMINISTRATOR MESSAGES : simplify communication between condominium and administrator on deadlines, assemblies and much more
• DOCUMENT ARCHIVE : collects important documents of the condominium, such as minutes and estimates
• USEFUL CONTACTS : manages the address book with the contacts of the administrator, condominiums and condominium suppliers, such as the plumber and the electrician
• BACHECA SOCIAL : create a community among condòmini to exchange information and useful notices


The application is dedicated to administrators managing ENGIE client condominiums and to all their condominiums.
ACCESS CONDEMINI : to access it is necessary to follow the condominium registration procedure, indicating the condominium code of the condominium as a condominium code
ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS : to access it is necessary to use the credentials set for the web platform
