5 ★ Works super. Tried it on the italian andgerman i know. Wow. Speaker could be a little louder.

3 ★ I purchased the device and I thought it was going to be great. I bought three of them. As I was installing it on my phone, then I read some of the reviews. I was a little bit afraid of what I would find after I downloaded and started to use it. It actually wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be. I notice that you do have to turn up the volume on the device. It could be louder however. The device did not ask me to repeat myself, as other reviewers, users have said they had to do. I am annoyed that it is not a stand-alone device as thought it was based on the advertising. Other reviewers are correct, when they say it's false advertising. Had I known I had to also use my phone in order to use the device, I probably wouldn't have bought it!

5 ★ i was able to use it once it arrived... it's very good for the price and for 72 languages it's great! Thank you i loved it!!

1 ★ Please don't buy the device, it is a simple Bluetooth speaker that uses Google translator as a service, and its buttons neither work on both my devices! This is a real SCAM, reported it to PayPal

5 ★ So far I've only been able to verify English and Spanish but it works perfectly. It's really going to help me with my job. I work with a lot of people that speak different languages.

3 ★ So far so good. Some issues recognizing what you have said and there is no manual to explain things but its pretty intuitive and actually really cool. Use your smartphone to increase the volume if you have those issues.

1 ★ As per a lot of others, I only get "can't hear" response every time I try to say something into either my phone or the device while following instructions. Did also have difficulty getting set up but finally got that sorted. I don't recommend buying this device, just use Google Translate. Unfortunately, like most others, I wouldn't have known to search reviews on this app when purchasing the device.

3 ★ I found this a little difficult to get up and running, the Bluetooth name needs to be more descriptive than V5, why do you charge for downloading the manual.? , the device is expensive enough and the manual needs to be free and in the box. It has trouble understanding my accent, will this improve.? I shall re-evaluate stars after your replies.

1 ★ Very frustrating so far. The device arrivedafter much longer than expected. The app will only install with wifi. All my other apps will work with my mobile network. I ve used it twice, and after each use i have tio reinstall the app . It goes blank after switching off the translator and won't come back. Perhaps there is a trick to it! Still trying, but have printed out the " return policy . I suspect it might prove useless Keeps needing its app reinstalled and poor translation so far.

5 ★ great use! was able to use my translator and it works great. easy to use too hahaha

3 ★ Instructions are awful but it does work. You have to use the device not the microphone image to speak. Tap the red mic once then press and hold the bottom of the circular tab on the device while speaking in your native tongue. When the foreign language speaker is talking, press the blue mic and talk into the device while pressing the top of the circular tab.

1 ★ Bad, bad and bad. The worst application I have known to date. A shame. Don't ask what is the problem or what is wrong with the application. Open your eyes and see yourself, without asking people, because that is wrong is so evident that it don't needs explanation.

1 ★ After contacting the manufacturer and getting a response, the device and app still don't work. I have asked for more help. Still haven't received a manual. This is sad. After another email round with customer service I was supplied with manual showing how to connect to app. No trouble shooting help. Device continues to disconnect and turn off and fails to translate more than 90% of the time. Save your money. You have to pay to return it.

1 ★ This device is a total scam, it worked the first time I used it but it kept texting "I can't Hear". Once in a while it gave a translation but it was though the phone speaker and almost inaudible. Now the app won't connect with my phone even when my phone says it is connected. This device has to be paired with a phone. The Facebook adds give the Impression that it is stand alone. This is fraud .
