Q: Downloaded PassNote. But is it safe to install and use?
A: Full safe and secure. No virus, spyware. Your data safe and encrypted.

Q: What if my mobile lost or stolen by someone?
A: No issue. No one else can open it without master password which you have set in this app.

Q: What if someone forgotten his/her master password?
A: Just clear the app data, and all your existing credentials, passwords saved in app will be cleared, and you can setup new master password and re-enter your ids details. This is by design to make sure your data doesn’t go in wrong hands.

Q: Not Risky? How can we trust on this app? If this app in future get hacked then our credentials data will also be hacked. Or, if user cleared all data, can someone recover using recovery tools, etc.?
A: PassNote saves all data in secure encrypted form with AES-256 encryption standard. So its full proof against hacking. Even in case someone found your phone or hacked, he/she will be unable to decrypt data. Nothing stored in plain-text form which he/she can use for wrong purpose.

Q: Going for first use but little worried. How to test it and believe it really working fine? How to edit or delete all my data added earlier.
A: We recommend you to install PassNote and first try adding any random data as demo for testing purpose. By this you will know how to operate it and also convinced about its easy usage and safety. Later you can just Clear App Data in android settings will clean all your data. And, then you can use it for your actual real data. Everything you have added can be edited any no. of times, edit forms inbuilt.

Q: Is this app saves data online? Can our personal data be downloaded or hacked from server?
A: No. Passnote app doesn’t send or save any data on internet or server, so no issue. All entries and data you add in app is on your mobile only, offline.
