4 ★ Good application. To make it more user friendly, there should be a quick buy button eliminating a need to click into the product. Other than that it works fine.

1 ★ The lack of ability to find products that I bought makes this the most frustrating app on the market. It's a tragedy that you can't make a user friendly app to buy an ebook and download it. The advertisements on the mobile webpage is another stupidity. Do you want empik premium? Do you want to download an app? NO! I want to buy and ebook and download it... how hard can it be? My stuff. Empik/Search. Settings. KISS.
1 ★ I bought couple of products and it never arrived!! We called empik couple of times to complain and they still saying that they need 30 days to analyze the situation. I have a premium account but it doesn't make any difference. I am really disappointed with Empik!
5 ★ The map of store locations almost works. One store in my city showed at the location of another store which didn't show up at all. Also, the search feature isn't the best - I typed the name of a book series followed by its number (as in for example "part 3") and I had to scroll down for a bit to find that part of the series. It should show up at the top. Other than that it works, but you should be able to see recently viewed products.
1 ★ This app is useless, filters don't work and you have no way of selecting "Empik" offer separately in order to use a gift card. Lost a lot of time and nerves on it and gave the card away to a friend.
1 ★ I bought a product but finally it didn't arrive. They rescheduled my delivery 4 times and just first time they sent me email that my delivery is rescheduled, other times no information and no emails. And on 4-th time, when I had to have my product, I was waiting but there wasn't anything,I was waiting the next 3 days,but no information from them, on webpage also.And then I received,that because of my request they cancelled it, but I didn't cancelled.When I called they said that they cancelled it
