3 ★ In the beginning, things were great. However, over time, it became hard to select what I wanted to eat in the app. For example, I could select other foods to add to my cart but not exactly what I wanted. That was frustrating! Also, many times I got to the end of my order,and the payment button wouldn't work. I would come out of the app and go back in to no avail. If the app isn't working, we should be able to get what we want at the restaurant, but that won't happen.

1 ★ You accumulate rewards for no reason. Certain rewards that you qualify for would say not available at selected location but it's still on there menu if you want to pay for it. So its not that they dont have it,But other rewards that are in the same tier but no-one frequently order like (chicken tenders) are available to claim. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that the only rewards you can claim is old, about to expire, or probably has expired food. Huge scam

2 ★ It's an incredibly buggy app. Multiple times I try to order and it never goes through. It crashes frequently, and it's a bit hard to access everything. It would be great if the restaurants could call about problems with orders as well since that would have saved me gas money on multiple occasions instead of me getting ads for new items, buying them, and showing up to the store no longer having those items. If you want to online order stick to the website.

3 ★ I love the Popeyes app mostly. I like earning points towards free food... the only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that you cannot upgrade your combo meal in the app. In store I can choose to make my drink a medium or a large, but the app only gives you the option for a small drink. Any other fast food app I use gives options for the size of drink you want. I don't know why Popeyes doesn't give the same options for drink size. Not having that option stops me from ordering in app.

3 ★ There's a lot of room for improvement on this app. My major thing is when ordering combo meals, all the other food apps let you choose the size of the sides and drinks you want to get, but not Popeye's. In the store you can do that, without using your app for points, but if I want a medium or large drink in my combo order, or regular or large side, I don't have that option in app; only in store and I don't get rewards. Please update! Chick-fil-A is not open on Sundays when I really want chicken!

3 ★ Love using the app but would like more customization options such as size of drink or side, option to choose type of chicken pieces. If I order a 3 piece meal I would like the option to select all wing pieces, which I can only order in the store. Also it says if I order in the store with the card I have saved in the app I will get reward points and twice now I've never received points. Definitely lots of room for improvement.

1 ★ used to be a great app, but for the past few months there's been a bug that refuses to send orders through at the last step. money gets taken out, then immediately refunded back to me no matter what payment method i use and states my "card details are incorrect" when they simply aren't, I've checked to verify AND I've used the same saved payment methods fine in the past. please fix ordering on the app

1 ★ Forces you to have location on by way of incessant pop-ups asking to turn on location, despite the fact that the app works fine without it. Then there's the ordering. There's an ongoing issue where the app doesn't properly send orders to stores. It takes a while for the stores to get the order and half the time there's an issue from items magically not appearing or orders never being received.

2 ★ I can't order anything in the app. I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling, making sure the app is updated, and even gave it a few weeks to work out the bugs. There are several app-onnly offers I can't take advantage of because I can't place my order. I now basically only use it to see if any locations near me are running any deals because it's useless for anything else.

4 ★ App works well enough, nothing major to complain about. However, there's a pop-up that says For a better experience, turn on device location, which uses Google's location service. If I click no thanks, it keeps popping up. Please fix that. If I say no thanks I mean no thanks. If my favorites list doesn't work without location, fine, I'll turn it on when I'm ready to order. Until then, that pop-up is annoying.

1 ★ The app is only as good as the store you order from. On my recent order, my blackened strips were replaced with regular strips because, according to the store (when I drove back and asked them), they were out of blackened strips and did not have any spicy strips that were unfrozen. They did not tell me this when I picked up my order in a bag which I saw them staple closed. I am uninstalling the app because all of this could have been avoided if I had ordered at the store.

1 ★ If I could give less than 1 star I would right now! I have been trying to use the app for over an hour, maybe two! But it just stays stuck on a page telling me to enroll for points. That would be fine, but once on that page it freezes there! Won't go forward, backwards nor are there any options. Only button works is the home button. I wanted to use the BOGO you sent. Instead had to Uninstall due to being stuck. Please fix it. JEEZ

1 ★ App not working, no fixes a month later. You can't access the specials without using the app. Set up order just fine, and when trying to pay, I get error after error. My card gets charged and then refunded so they know they have a problem. I got told by CS to Uninstaller and reinstall the app, nope didn't fix. I cleared my cache nope didn't fix. I removed all payment methods and installed a new one and still order failed to process and again my card was charged and refunded.

1 ★ All menu items are not available to order through the app. Onion rings not an option. When ordering a combo, there is no option other than small for a drink, no way to get a larger size. Used the app today but won't in the future unless this is fixed. The good is that it definitely saved time. Food was ready very fast even though there was a long line in the store and in the drive thru.

1 ★ Confusing to navigate. Requires way more clicks than necessary to find restaurants and order food. Worst of all, I couldn't even complete my order. Some bug kept changing order details. I couldn't edit the order, so I had to delete and start over. Did this multiple times before it got the order correct at checkout. But at checkout, it randomly added four extra dollars to my order. No line item expense for it, just $4 added. No accidental food. Like it just couldn't add right. Awful.
