5 ★ The app is great with offers, really easy to use and navigate. The app has gotten better from the crashing while loading. I wish it showed the restaurants that only accept these offers. The moment it showd all restaurants and sometimes hard to work out which will accept the offers and which won't.

1 ★ No option to collect at so many restaurants. Do the order with vouchers. Go to choose restaurant. There are like 4 closer to me than the one it says I can do th clock and collect or drive through. Why would I travel 14 mile round trip when I have so many restaurants closer. What's the point. Apps pointless

1 ★ If I could give zero stars I would. Was hoping to preorder for collection but all this app seems to be good for is showing where the nearest BK is. Unable to order or make use of any of the offers on display. Total waste of time and space in my opinion.

1 ★ The app is next to useless. It is great at showing you deals, but when you try and redeem them one of the restaurants in my city is not listed and the other one does not have online ordering facilities. This makes the app largely pointless.

1 ★ The app is a waste of time. I ordered for a specific time but when I arrived it wasn't ready. The drinks machine was out of Coke and they got two out of the four items on my food order completely wrong! I won't be using again. I'll stick to McDonald's in future.

5 ★ Good and easy to use app, offers are great as well and easy to use. I have noticed that not all restaurants near to me are available to order via the app which means I can't select the offers and have to travel a bit further from home.

1 ★ Thsts about as junk as an app gets people. There is no logic to it, choose food, select location.....no way to continue.... do go to choose food, ok, which restaurant... select near me, London. 50 restaurants in London, mot practical since I'm 200 miles away. Manually select local restaurant. OK. Favorite. OK. Now where's the food I selected ? Oh its gone. OK reselect food, now which restaurant? The one I just selected. Right I'll reselect it, nope. Stuff it maccies it is

2 ★ Tried to do click and collect at my local burger king (MetroCentre) for the £1 whopper, but you can't click and collect from there... Why not??? When i mentioned to the lass at the till about the app and £1 whopper, she said it was only available on delivery.

5 ★ Great to be able to get my hands around a Whopper today. It's been a while. Loved the new self drinks dispenser. Chips were perfect and the burger full of crunchy bits to complement the meat and bun. Great deal with the app!

1 ★ What a useless app for mobile ordering, stuck in a constant loop asking to check availability and select a restaurant when trying to order oh and it's the same for the website Edit so it looks like you can't order via mobile ordering at all burger kings unless it has a "order" next to it when you select one

3 ★ It works but has problems. Added an offer for nuggets to the order. Added on, thought the total was odd, was only when we got the food there was no nuggets even on the order for the restaurant to pick. Apparently it automatically removed them because they aren't available. Absolutely no notification of this on the app at all

1 ★ Honestly this is rubbish. I don't usually do reviews but this is wholeheartedly the worst app for ordering food. It doesn't let me select a restaurant at all so I can't order food! My boyfriend really wanted a whopper the other day and I couldn't get him it because of this rubbish app!

1 ★ Waste of time can only order from 1 location not my nearest restaurant But will let you favourite it Makes no sense, really annoyed as went to b and q and wanted to take advantage of the offers on the app only to find the restaurant could not be selected. Will stick to McDonald's in future.

1 ★ Why in god's green earth does this app need to download it's updates OUTSIDE of the google play store? Went for a burger hoping to use my voucher when I got to the restaurant (thanks 15 minute voucher expiries), opened the app and it had to update! Unfortunately for me, signal was terrible so my data was so slow that I was unable to update and the restaurant did not have WiFi so I could get it done that way Had the company gone through the play store to managw updates I could have done so sooner

1 ★ Shocking, waste of time trying to use this farce of an app. Sorry bk, but no excuse for this. Love your food, but this is unusable. It wouldn't recognise the shop I was stood outside of, when I did locate it (manually), it then wouldn't let me order. My partner also tried, same. I've now uninstalled it, let me know when you've fixed it bk, I might, only might, try again!
