2 ★ If you get a meal, your drink options are limited to a few selections. Where as if you order items individually, you can pick whatever drink you want. And I'm not talking specialty drinks either. Simple drinks like sweet tea and rootbeer don't show up... It makes no sense. That gets fixed, and I'd say it's definitely come a long way and is great. But that issue is huge for me, especially when ordering for a group, which is why my rating is so low.

1 ★ Seems you have to make a new account each time you want to place an order, attempting to order forces the user to sign in, but it won't take a password, only an email and it says it'll send a validation email but that email never comes. You can't check out as a guest or even view the cart without being logged in but you can't log in so it's essentially useless except to view the menu. You also can't order sauce packets once you do create an account to order so the employees get frustrated.

4 ★ App is very nice. Quite a few deals although not as many as they used to have. I really wanted to try a Melt today but sadly all options are double patties, which is too much food for me. I hope they will add single patty and Jr. versions like the have for the whopper because they look really good. Tried the cheese tots, they are good. I will get those a lot if they keep them, and bring back the mini poppers too. Also consider adding sliders to the menu and I love the new wraps.

2 ★ This is extremely hit or miss. I try not to rate these sorts of apps until I've excessively used them since they *typically* evolve so much over time, but the Burger King app needs a massive overhaul after using it (or attempting to) for almost five years now. Between constant crashes, extreme lag, a poor interface, a dated feel, and promotions not properly applying 3/4ths of the time (a $6 promo turning into a $15+ -subtotal- for **drive-thru pick-up** for seemingly no reason), it's disastrous.

1 ★ I used to have a password for this app, but at some point they decided users should only be able to login by getting a code in their email. (The most annoying login method short of needing a dongle or something.) But the code never arrives, so it's impossible to login. It's also impossible to order without logging in, so BK has lost a customer until this issue is fixed.

2 ★ Like convenience of order and pay in the app & choose your pickup time. However, no guarantee it's ready then. The restaurants & app have not come up with a better solution to adhere to the time frame. Unfortunately, the thing that is most bothersome, is if there's an item that is missing from your order due to inventory, there's no way that you are notified about that until you arrive and the restaurant tells you they are out. they offer no other solution and direct you back to the app

2 ★ Burger King food always tastes great. There's a huge lack of ordering capabilities in the app though. The customization is lacking so much that there's almost no point in ordering on the app. There's only a few of the drinks that are available in the store on the app. I know that the stores set the amount of app capabilities per store and the developers just implement their choices, but damn. You can't even order all the condiments. I'd eat at BK more often if the app wasn't lacking so badly.

3 ★ Laggy and irritating I want to also not that the deals in the app are worse than those on the mail coupons. I don't know why they do that. Also you're supposed to be able to place the mail coupon code into the app for an order, but I've yet to have it work. Also worth noting that the size upgrade feature is dysfunctional and doesn't always work. I basically don't even go to BK anymore because it's so cheeks

1 ★ This app is not user friendly. It doesn't save any offers that have been clipped or challenges that you start if you navigate away from the app for 1 second. I ordered through the challenge in the app and used a promo code for a free Whopper. I came back to the app a minute later to place my order & it kicked me out of the challenge AND removed my promo code! I didn't get my challenge points OR my free food. This happens almost every time I try to get my order ready a couple minutes beforehand.

1 ★ I would rate this less than 1 star if possible. Placed an order to the wrong store, and placed an order to the correct store after hoping I could get a refund for the food I did not receive. Tried calling guest relations, tried using support, and the same lady who has to be a bot keeps responding the same way to me one time over email than disappears. No I can't go and get food 40 miles away from me. Terrible app, do NOT use the mobile order function. If you do, quadruple check everything.

1 ★ I placed a mobile order and I couldn't pick it up! The mobile app doesn't indicate a closing time and I was only 5 minutes late. Many -- if not most -- stores will keep a mobile or delivery order and still serve it for a time after close. App support also is pretty bad. If the chat bot can't help it's a 24 to 48 hour wait FOR AN EMAIL!!! I'm hungry now! This reflects very badly on the chain -- especially on the app!

1 ★ Garbage app. Two transactions did not go through at two different BK restaurants. First I tried the redeem at the restaurant option, they couldn't process my order due to the cashier's terminal not recognizing the codes on the app. Drove to a different BK and tried to do a mobile order on the way and they never received it, even after waiting at the store for 10 minutes to see if it came through. I ended up placing my order in the restaurant the normal old fashioned way. Horrible experience!

1 ★ It hardly ever works! On the few occasions I have been able to use it, it's super slow. I haven't been able to use it for weeks now. Can't sign in. Can't place an order. It's literally useless. 11/8/2023 ETA: Attempting to place an order through the app and AGAIN...not working. Just get rid of the app at this point!

1 ★ This app is always having terrible errors whenever I am hungry and trying to take advantage of "app only" discounts. Always shoots an error message to contact support and directs me to an AI bot to chat. Then, I get told that I have to wait 24-48 hrs for someone to respond to the issue. Damn, I need the app to work now, when I'm hungry, not two days later. Do better!

1 ★ I downloaded this with the hopes that I could make ordering simpler, and spend less time in drive-thru (im disabled currently, so walk-in isnt really feasible). However, the app doesn't provide customizations in the app, from what I see. It shows me good offers, but then when I select that offer, it will not show up in my cart. I have used it on 2 different wifi and on my cellular data, and still no hope of making it quicker. :( فلسطين حرة
