IApp PCP is the application for planning and controlling the production of small and medium-sized industries and is fully integrated with OMIE ERP.

Production planning and control is the engine of an industry, being directly responsible for customer satisfaction, cost reduction, increased productivity and taking advantage of the full profit-generating potential of its factory. With the following modules:

Engineering - Control of materials, inputs, packaging, intermediate and finished products, registration of all the company's machines, employees and work teams, management of production lines, their stages and operations, making it possible to assemble the technical data sheet of the products with lots of information; versions, expense group, list of operations and materials predicting the generated by-products, estimating production time and cost

Production Planning and Control - Opens OP Production Order, link to an Omie sales order, check all open Service Orders automatically, list of necessary materials, print production order with Bar Codes or QRCode to facilitate notes. Possibility to open several POs of different sales orders for a specific period

Notes - Controls all records of hours worked, use of materials, losses, and final product. This feature works with barcode readers to facilitate notes and avoid typing errors in addition to facilitating the entire process, compatible with different equipment models, possible data collectors and even equipment with Android system for external processes. Also called Data Bippling

Stock - Get total control over the materials used in the production separation of materials in the Warehouse with agility and safety and know exactly the materials that were used in each production order. The batches and serial numbers of all raw materials used in production and all manufactured products can be controlled very easily, through the automatic issuance of barcode labels and data collection with barcode readers.

Commercial - Management of procurement and sales supply contracts, sales budget with cost map is more assertive, several tools that assist in the day-to-day management of industrial routines
