1 ★ My last experience has pissed me off so much and after talking with the customer support even after am escalation, both the first and second agent have the same level of ability to handle things. I just had to delete the app and I'm gonna use talabat from now on.

1 ★ Orders were delayed more than 2 hours for 3 times in a row, even I cannot complaint because the customer service somehow blocked my chat, I called the drivers and they always blame the restaraunts for being late in preparing my order, in the past, menus used to be the best but now I prefer to order directly from the restaraunt rather than using your platform, you provide the worst customer experience and hope you close soon.

1 ★ The Delivery are the worst . I couldn't even get any support because of the limited options so i can just get support if i have a technical issue. In addition to tripling the time of delivery it was marked as delivered while it's not and no way to get support that i haven't received my oder !!!! Definitely will be the last time to use it !

1 ★ Very bad experience with the application. I had to wait for over 3 hours because El menus delivery person was late to pick up the order and the restaurant refused to give him the order to save their reputation. What is worse is that the delivery man did not answer my calls and the support whom I contacted twice told me the order is due in 15 minutes. On the application it showed that my order was being cooked while the restaurant had already closed! Never will I use this app again!

1 ★ I've ordered 3 desserts from a restaurant one of them was completely different from what I've ordered, tried to find any way to contact customer care or find any support to help me with this wrong order but couldn't find any way to contact you, worst experience ever, first and last time using your app.

1 ★ I had orders that were not delivered as there was miscommunication between el menus and the restaurant I am 2023 now and still the aplication has no professional communication woth the restaurant or the customer where if the restaurant is very busy they do not notify the customer and you wait until the delivery time arrives and is forced to cancel your order when you know that the order did not start being prepared yet wheb the application says otherwise !!!! Honestly so unprofessional!

1 ★ Customer service is so bad that I really get confused on whether I'm talking to a real person or a bot. Orders are almost ALWAYS late. Just an unreliable way of ordering your food.

1 ★ Although I have registered my delivery address in the app and ordered multiple times previously using the same address, the support team of the app cancelled my order which was already paid because they don't know my address which was used previously multiple times on the same app

2 ★ - Subtotal is calculated incorrectly on each order - Very good catalog - deliveries tend to be late Edit: Im still experiencing the same issues + its very clear that the company has made a very conscious decision to completely remove any form of customer service (or at the very least, made it rediculously difficult) and routed all support to the restaurants. I'm uninstalling

1 ★ I can't place any order as every time the adress is out of range even if the restaurant is beside home, now after the new update no thing can be added to basket and is says sorry error occurred please try again. Currently this app is useless

2 ★ The app doesn't work on wifi. This is the only apply that doesn't work for wifi network which I don't know why. Works for cellular data tho

1 ★ I've always had delivery time issues with this app and lately it became even worse. My last two orders were late by more than an hour each and I had to cancel when they didn't even seem close to being delivered. I'm probably not going to use it again for delivery.

1 ★ Like the worst experience ever! No hotline to reach them through!! And they don't follow up on complains... even the customer representatives in the support can be very rude.... I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone

1 ★ Very bad application very bad service very bad help center they sould name the sorry center always don't use pay with visa because they will not deliver your order then they say we are sorry. After contacting you, you don't respond. Uninstall and again very bad experience

1 ★ is it every time I'm placing an order i should be contacting the support team? they're so unprofessional and every word they type frustrates me, they're like they're replying to someone else's inquiry. it's getting worse every order and with every agent, they only care for providing orders not a good service along, ok we're delivering the food not in time at all but you're eating after all, as if I'm ordering from a local grocery.
