5 ★ Oh you poor, poor, app. You were great, while you worked properly. Currently, all it says is: "Can't connect to vrv." Unfortunate. I'm sad to see it broken, my favorite shows were on here. Edit: I figured out how to fix this issue I had previously. If you have a separate mobile phone using your account, sign out of your account on the device you don't want to use vrv on.

2 ★ Some bug has been active for months, as even with full data and wifi, Vrv will say it can't connect, and after being deleted and re-download two dozen times in the last 100 days, still won't connect with the same perfectly functional internet. I've tried looking for solutions, and gave it literally 100 days to function properly, but have now given up on it. It worked fairly well when it was functional and I can honestly recommend the functional version, but it needs serious bug fixes.

2 ★ Constant buffering, even on my 230 Mbps WiFi connection. Error when trying to watch the next episode, then marks that episode as already watched. Also, the video doesn't feel smooth, as if it's playing at a slightly lower framerate than it's supposed to. I'm a Premium member, by the way.

1 ★ Update: It's not just the app, the website suffers from the same lags and stuttering as well. It takes longer than the actual episode to download alternatively. They don't even make the content and can't stream what they license properly. What the hell is the subscription fee for then?

1 ★ The app is garbage. Everytime i download a series for offline viewing, about 2 episodes in i get the "my b, couldnt load your video." If you're not in offline viewing your video buffers refuses to use 1080 or 720p and will often use the lowest p available. Doesnt matter if you have great wifi, mobile data, you're ethernet cabled in, it refuses to play properly. They dont give a report button. There's so much more wrong with this app, that I just cant express in 500 characters

4 ★ The user interface is nice like how it looks and the price for premium is nice. All that said it does sometimes not load at all. Updating seems to do the work it fixes it but it is bothersome. Overall it's a fine application.

5 ★ I really like the app, I barely got into anime and I can watch shows (AOT especially) with very few commercial breaks (I don't have premium). Plus the quality is really good, I haven't had the buffer problem that is being reported so far and all my shows load up fast. This is a good app and it's free so that's great.

1 ★ Tentative review, as I'm giving the app a try as the site is absolutely garbage. 1. Adds for "premium" members. 2. Horrible streaming over a stable (excellent actually) connection. 3. Constantly have to go back and forth for it to even recognize premium membership

1 ★ I loved this app until i had to cancel it. I canceled way before the new month and i was charged for premium membership. I went to look to see if i had premium on vrv and i dont even have premium so how was i charged?? There is also no way to contact them do i guess they stole my money? Ill never use them again after this and ive used them for over a year now..

5 ★ Has a good selection in anime VRV is an awesome service for fans of animation who want to keep up on the newest anime. In addition to offering a lot of shows you won't find on Hulu or Netflix, VRV also has simulcast anime, with new episodes uploaded the same day they air in Japan. But if you don't like change, VRV might be stressful for you it has very good content with no monthly bill all rating a bunch of time spend so there no wait

1 ★ I had the premium subscription for over a year and decided to cut some costs. When I came back to the "free" version to see if it was worth the extra cost again, I was inundated with so many ads that it was unusable. This is why people risk viruses and just use free sites for anime and other stuff.

3 ★ I've supported this app on and off for a while. But I canceled my membership and out of nowhere I find a charge in my account? I canceled it again but it never returned my money. I shrugged it off and have been trying to use it for what I paid. I can't watch offline viewing all of a sudden. Wish I could give it a better rating. Other than that I think putting the shows release days would be great too.

1 ★ Been with VRV since it used to host funimation back then. I felt it was the right choice because it included crunchyroll's large library and other content providers for the same price as Crunchyroll alone. I WOULDN'T recommend it anymore; absolutely abysmal loading times no matter the service/wifi and downloaded videos crashing and refusing to play at certain times. Crunchyroll's standalone app suffers none of these problems. What an absolute cash grab

4 ★ Have been using this app for quite sometime(2 years) and I've both used non-premium and premium and I think the premium is worth it if you dont like having ads or have more of a selection from different animes/shows. I definitely think this app is good, but could have more of a selection in general.

5 ★ I love this app. It has a lot of anime I like and a lot of anime I haven't seen but look good. All the shows I've watch have good audio and good viewing experience. The only this that I don't like is the adds. But it's to be expected with a free app. Also the non add bundle is cheap and adorable.
