1 ★ Still asking for photos, media and files. This has been brought up in many reviews as far back as Oct. to which you reply "should be fixed by now".🤔
1 ★ App still will not work without access to my photos, media and file despite notice that "Pure Planet Science & Technology, Inc. 10/7/19 We don't want access. That was an error that we had to hire better developers to figure out. We didn't realize it was happening, and when we did, it took a long time to solve. Turns out it was something buried deep within the code about how we save and share dosing results. Should be fixed now."
5 ★ For no reason should I need to allow access to my contacts, make/receive phone calls & txts, and all media to use a calculator. No thanks. *update* still requires access to photos & files to use but you're trying to fix this, have made progress and that means a lot.
5 ★ Orenda's 2.0 upgrade is fantastic! This goes way beyond a dosing calculator and provides important supplementary information on industry concepts and practices, especially in areas that help with 'the long game' of preventing water quality problems and protecting plaster. Every pool professional should have this app.
3 ★ It does calculate the LSI and gives dosage suggestions but it requires to enter your targets everytime again. It also doesn't remember the last test result. So every time you have to adjust all numbers of both the actual and the target.
1 ★ I have been reading the reviews, they keep claiming that the issues have been resolved, I just tried to download the app and it's asking to access my contacts, photos, etc to continue, I would love to use your app but not in thsae conditions, I want my privacy respected.
1 ★ Any time in need to calculate what and how much to add for the pH I have to delete and reinstall, because the app will only calculate pH once per download. This is the second time I've made this review and I've yet to see any fix or acknowledgement of the issue.
5 ★ Hands down the best tool we have for our pool service company. it's easy to use and even gives dosage recommendations to balance the pool. this app and the Orenda products have helped us turn problem pools into easy maintenance pools.
1 ★ not only is this app inaccurate, which can have disastrous repercussions, but requires access to text ,phone calls, contacts. why in the world does it need that to do chemical calculations?!?!!!
4 ★ Free and well laid out app, very helpful. 4 instead of 5 stars only because they never reply to your questions.
5 ★ I dont agree with the acid dose recommendations (too low) or that you can have a perfect LSI with zero stabilizer but everything else is on the money.

1 ★ I've been using this app on a daily basis for about 3 months and it has been wonderful!... until today. It suddenly will not calculate dosage for pH. Thanks for the let down. How much acid would you add to 1million gallons of water to take it from 7.9 to 7.4?
1 ★ What is essentially a glorified chemical calculator should not require access to make phone calls or send texts - either this is a scam app or just really lazy/sloppy app development. Fix it, and I'll happily use your app & rate it accordingly...
5 ★ Excellent app. We use this app daily and also have our clients download the app to use for all water chemistry.
