1 ★ Way to many false alarms.. Way to many as in its been more than once but when it comes to something like this... That's huge. I was away and got an alert saying my truck left my house and was driving away...... I have this so I can recovery my truck without police help.. My way so when that went off. I jumped in another car and raced, armed to the teeth towards the truck... Putting people in jeopardy the way I was driving... And my truck never left my home..... And it just happenedagain now.
1 ★ Terrible app!!! My wife was at a friend's house a mile away and the car was flagged as never moving and being parked in my garage, never has the actual correct address of my house, for the about 6 hours she was at her friends house. Didn't even log the trip either way!!
5 ★ I've had this app since bought my truck new. 2016. I've never had any trouble finding my truck or any other features. Just had to reinstall on my new phone saw some reviews. That weren't happy, I'd thought I'd put my 2 cents in. Works good for me.
2 ★ App always tells me to renew account, cant see vehicle location. When I input new billing info it gives me an error. Also, isnt in real time like I was told. It only pings location every five minutes.
1 ★ Had it for a year and its been junk the entire time. ZERO customer support, no response to emails, never accurate, and they have the nerve to ask you to pay for this trash. This company stra I ght up false advertises. They should be shut down.
3 ★ Poor real time updating. I expect that it has to do with the vehicle signal strength as it will update on the road, but not when parked.
1 ★ After I paid to renew my subscription, the service stopped. It does not track movement at all.
1 ★ worked for 3 days then froze, location shows 12 miles away. checked location services and permissions , no change
5 ★ i love it i hooked it up to the obd2 hard wire hidden at the top constant power and always have a good connection on where my car is at as well as movement alerts
2 ★ The recent update broke the map. Before that it worked fine.
2 ★ This app can't figure out what city my vehicle is in. I can understand being a little off, but 40 miles off? It is useless to me.
