2 ★ It happened many times I ordered at grandiose for whole salmon in the app for 500g for 25 dhs but they will send me different item more expensive so disappointing.

4 ★ Good experience. However app needs to be improved as user friendly.....though it is very useful to order all grocery items. More supermarkets/stores can be added.
5 ★ A very nice and effective application. All the major stores are covered. Some shops are unique with excellent offerings, like Bread and Co. Please keep adding more and more stores.
3 ★ Needs a search feature that is user friendly and actually saves time by searching all stores at once instead of one store at a time. In need of a better design, it is confusing to use the app.

1 ★ Poor app and extremely poor customer service. There is no coordination among the staff and team and app. The app says one thing...the customer care on live chat says another and the dispatch team which is invisible to the user says another thing. Would never ever recommend El Grocer to anyone.Please do not use them.Use Talabat or Zomato or Instashop. Or else go directly to the store and get what you want. But never ever use this absolutely disappointing service. They don't deliver your goods.
1 ★ I've had very unpleasant experiences with this app. There are charges of 5 dhs for delivery and another 5 as a service charge, which doesn't show up on the checkout. The promo codes that I've used show as accepted, but then it gets charged to your card in additional amounts of 5 dhs. The customer service is slow and just leads you on without following through I'm glad I've uninstalled this app!
5 ★ Good and helpful app. A little confusing at the beginning, but I figured it out. It's convenient.
1 ★ Very poor. My first order was a disaster. The app does not allow online payment so you have to pay on delivery. My first delivery arrived an hour and a half late, was missing products which I ordered, and substitutions were made which I didn't approve, all without prior notification. The app is full of bugs and is very slow and not user friendly. I won't be using them again.
