1 ★ Can't take new photo/video through the app and can't control the camera remotely via the phone. It only can import and edit videos from the camera through wifi. This app doesn't do what it says in the description. Fake app doesn't deserve any amount of stars at all!!!
1 ★ Very lousy app.. Don't works well.. Always disconnected and download fail for a video more than 2 minutes when try to download. Not a good app at all. I am using H9R with my Huawei phone
3 ★ Video editing is not wotking in the app, plz fix it, whenever I click on a video, suddenly app closes. Otherwise the other functions are working good, good app!!
1 ★ It's supposed to work with the Eken H9R but it's dysfunctional. Connects and disconnects to the camera with no resolve. It's a shame as it's recommended in the Eken manual as the app to download

1 ★ crashes evrytime time i try to play any footage, same result if downlaoded to app or direct from camera........same message every time ez icam is not responding, close or report!!!!!!
2 ★ 4 k cam is waste bcoz of this app, invested money yrs back but download n edit n uploading on youtube coz files size is large makes it useless that u start using phone again. 2 star coz only good for underwater if u can't afford waterproof phone. Installing again after yrs to see whether it works. It has also stopped recording while u r in action. Disappointed !Hope so it updated (I never give negative review but i had purchased it from foreign country that is why more loss of money )
1 ★ Camera works great but app SUCKS! App crashes constantly and makes it impossible to edit or upload videos so it makes camera worthless. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
1 ★ Constantly freezes and stops recording without user input. Also shows a warning about no sim card when trying to start recording from the app, but I have one in the camera and can record fine from the camera itself.
2 ★ I am using eken h9r action camera, when connected using wifi with this app it connects and then disconnected automatically when trying to access the photos and video in the camera. Please fix this issue with an update asap.
1 ★ Downloaded and tried to use this app for the 1st time today. I am so extremely disappointed that I don't even have words for it. Finally connected to my camera after 3 tries. Then it kept repeatedly crashing (I have a fairly new phone with an abundance of storage, unlimited data and was on Wi-Fi at the time). During video recording it not only crashed 2x but also turned the camera off as well! So I lost a bunch of footage just bc of this awful app. It doesn't even save my device so I have to pair it again after every crash. Worthless.
1 ★ Used to work fine, latest update doesn't allow WiFi functionality anymore for some reason...
1 ★ The only it does that it's supposed to is connect to your camera, and only eventually. Worked fine a couple of years ago but now that I've gone back to it, it is unusable.
1 ★ Horrible app. Was able to connect to the WiFi once but had no options for anything. My model isn't even on the list that shows and in the connect to WiFi I now see nothing. I have reset the cam several times forgotten the network ,tried to start then connect then the other way round. Nothing. Even the feedback button never submitted the feedback. I have never given any software a worse review than this. If I could give negative stars I would. The u is horrible, there is no help, no faq, no online tutorial, nothing. Someone let me know if any other app works with various cams cause this one is a no go.
5 ★ It works great... but... your phone has a function that will force it to a WiFi connection with internet access. to turn this off go to your wifi settings then select your camera. under the settings you will have a option that turns on notification about public networks. Switch this on and you should get a notification that will say the device doesn't have internet connection, should it stay connected. Select yes. this should solve the problem where you cant control the camera. worked for me
