Also please note that this app has functionality to book appointments for Covid-19 Testing & the results can be accessed in the "Lab Results" option of the patient's Medical File.
This app requires following permissions as well:
GPS Location to show the nearest hospitals & ER Locations from your location.
Bluetooth permission is to connect blood pressure & blood sugar devices with the app to analyze the data.
Camera permission is to enable virtual consultation between patient & doctor.
Calendar permission to set reminders for Virtual & Normal Appointments. Audio permission is to access voice command features.
Wifi state permission is to connect to HMG Wifi when you visit the hospital. Read & write external storage to upload images & documents in E-Referral function.
Physical Activity permission to read heart rate, steps & distance from your smart watch & send it to your doctor.

1 ★ 1) Too much time for loading. 2) if I minimize the app by mistake, I need to re-login again which is a waste of time. 3) Always asking for doctors ratings on top when logged-in even if the visit was several months back. There should be limit for this.
4 ★ This app works very well. Is complete and information is easy to access. Now is easier make appointments. I suggest to have the option to cancel old notifications.
4 ★ Good App. Does the job, but slow. Have to wait for actions to complete. Also, currently no option to add family members. Must login separately for each member. This is inconvenient.
4 ★ Good and functional app, the only reason I've not scored it 5 stars is that you can't book multiple appointments. I'm sure there's good reason for this however I need to see my clinician twice each week but I'm only able to book one appointment.
1 ★ Unable to take appointments or create the new file. Even I tried to call hospital same issue with telephone no pick the phone. Overall Application looks and design or good if its works
3 ★ I log in, and I go to the page to set up an appointment, but then asks for me to log in again. Went through this cycle far too many times to finally book
1 ★ Cannot book an online appointment for my daughter. The live care button is disabled in her account. Couldn't find a support contact in the app to report the issue for details so had to write about it here and emailed the developers.
5 ★ User friendly and makes things easier in terms of booking of appointment, review of test results.
4 ★ Absolutely wonderful app.... easy to use. Could you please send notifications in English as well? Currently most are in Arabic.
5 ★ After three days of being disappointed in various polyclinics and their incapable drs I had to experience, then the incompetence of the help desk operators at different clinics and hospitals, this app was a breeze and such a pleasure to operate. I'm hoping the service from the drs are as good as the app.
1 ★ Bad experience on Covid 19 results. Unfortunately I spent 750 SR on wrong g results. I had to do it again in MOH and in another private lab to get the right results. I almost missed my flight because of wrong results of Habib drive thru Covid test.
2 ★ My file is stuck on January 2017 and anything I did after is not updated on the App. My recent visit was this morning and I can't access my Radiology results which I did today nor can I see any visits to my doctor yesterday!
5 ★ Very helpful app. Make appointments, check which doc is available, check result, and more.
4 ★ Good app however since my update I can't seem to open the app. Keeps on taking me back to the update page and I can't go beyond that page. Please help.
