3 ★ App shows redeem points then once ready to book, shows an increase expected in order to get a free day. Not good. Never experienced this before. For example redeemed 1750 pts. Final redemption 1800. Also, very difficult to change password. Continuosly states error. Even when there is no error. Please note that the customer service at site presents no problem.
1 ★ Suddenly no rentals are available anywhere no matter what dates you select, except at the nearby airport. And only luxury cars in the thousands range are available. Not sure if it's a glitch or what? But not good.
5 ★ I have always rented from Enterprise. I have rented cars for the last 30 years and always my best experiences has been with Enterprise so I stick with Enterprise. They're easy to work with and I really can't think of a bad experience I've had with Enterprise. I cannot say that for the other rental companies.
1 ★ I made 2 reservation's early on in March for dates in June. My Guranteed reservation was at a little over 300 for the week. Well to my surprise when I went back a month later to just confirm everything to get set to go on vacation, Well Enterprise changed the amount of my reservation to over 500 for the week, without giving me notice. So I had to cancel both trips be cause of there gouging on the price. Thank you Enterprise for ruining my trips by being crooked.
1 ★ False advertisement misleading customers. In a situation of a rental car being stolen the company offers LoJack on there website to be able to track down a vehicle. But. At the location I rented from they don't have trackers/gps on there vehicles. So in that case the LoJack on there website is a lie. Even if provided at some locations it should be at all. This shows me a company is sneaky not caring about there investments and wanting to get from the people more than helping. Informed info.
2 ★ App is having issues with login for months, as others describe here. Lots of reinstalls and password resets to make it work every time. To be fair, the other rental car app I use is pretty clunky too. Not sure why the IT companies at these firms have such a hard time building a functional app.
5 ★ Love enterprise very easy and fast service. The cars are always very clean and reliable. Love there selection of cars and how nice everyone is when you pick up and leave your car.
3 ★ Good so far. Needs a few updates. I made a reservation in branch. I am able to look it up on app but can't attach it to m my profile. Every time I want to view it, I have to search.
2 ★ I received emails for a free upgrade but in the last 3 times I have tried to get it there are "no deals available in my area". Either do what you say in the emails your sending me to ky location or stop sending the emails. This is horrible business.
5 ★ Will NOT use any other place to rent a car! I had reserved a mid size car at Hertz a week if not a little more before pick up day and got there they only had a full size truck. Not what I wanted to drive for a long road trip to go on vacation. Showed up at Enterprise that same day and they had me in a car within 30 mins(they were very busy too they were renting as soon as they got them cleaned) so I will NEVER rent any where else!!! Thank you Enterprise for being there and the friendly staff!!
1 ★ The app is horrible. Most of the time it doesn't even work. I have to log on to the website instead to do anything! When I try to open the app it just keeps spinning and never goes anywhere.
5 ★ Easy to use, for sure. Many locations vary on what your deposit is, depending on what type of car you rent. Would be really helpful to know what to plan on. I have been told $50.00 deposit, then because I rented a sporty vehicle, my deposit would be higher? That, should not matter...unless it's an exotic rental, seriously. Your customer service us what makes all other rental companies, pale in comparison. If you don't have it, I don't need to rent it. Keep up the epic service!!
5 ★ It would be easier to use the app with services like Groupon, Google pay, Samsung Pay (Samsung Pay consistently offers me 10 to 11% off every time I book I can't book it unless I go through Samsung pay through Enterprise to get the lower rate. 1) if you rent a car and say you're going to return it on this day but then extended for so many more days that doesn't count as your rental so you're only getting one rental credit for renewing its even 10 times
4 ★ The app worked fine, easy to use, but one thing I didn't see was a way to contact the rental site that I wanted to rent a vehicle from for questions that I had for vehicle models availability like Durango or Blazer or Cadillac CT4, Ram pick-up, Chevy pick-up ?
1 ★ I can no longer get past the logon screen. I have updated, removed and Reloaded. Everytime I log in it gets frozen soon as I hit the sign in with my login and password. This is so frustrating because then I have to go to the internet and access it that way. This app is become useless
