3 ★ Seems like an Ok app, haven't seen the alerts working yet with train trips. It would be nice if you could bring in Google Wallet Support so that I can easily access my train tickets
1 ★ Doesn't work. Says my phone is rooted when it's not. Just keeps restarting the app.
1 ★ Beware. App locates you and forwards your location! Cannot turn this off any more. Wow!!! Did I agree? Otherwise app with no real benefits, just a collection of links to their website. Nothing you can do within the app, redirect to website for every action?? Why cannot change or cancel flights within the app? At least you are able to see your booking even if no internet connection. Should be normal and nothing to mention but many agencies fail here.
4 ★ There are problems booking the train in UK. I managed to book a earlier train but not the one I needed from Luton airport to Leeds. Please check.
1 ★ It's a nice app with a clean interface showing useful information for stuff you booked through Egencia. It would be great, except that it logs me out every few hours. This means when I'm traveling and I pull it out to quickly check something, I have to spend 5 minutes logging back in through corporate SSO EVERY TIME! Consequently I never use it in practise: I use TripIt instead, which is actually available when I want it.
5 ★ Easy to book clear and simple
1 ★ Just awful! The app is glitchy and poorly organized, the prices are more expensive than booking direct, and the customer service is dreadful. But worst of all booking thru Egencia makes you ineligible for Loyalty Points and benefits from almost every airline or hotel chain! This is a warning to all professional travelers - DO NOT USE EGENCIA!
5 ★ Perfect for business booking. Very easy to use, helpful and quick online support.
4 ★ Amazing apps. The only thing why I didn't give 5 stars yet is because despite it is a corporate booking and our company already gave all details (including Credit card payment) but both hotel and (even car rental) still demand credit card as deposit in which means the booking requires double deposit which is not only inconvenience but it also cause a lot of interruptions in our very short business meeting trip.
5 ★ Easy to book hotels and trains.
1 ★ When you install the app instead of giving you the option to open like every other app in the world the only option you have is to Uninstall. If you click on Egencia it hangs. However if you look for it on your phone it will open. But it says a update is available and is strongly recommended. When you click on continue to install it takes you to the Uninstall screen. WTH.
1 ★ Worst corporate travel booking of all time backed up by an awfully incompetent organization. Mobile app is severely hampered by lacking features and inability to make changes to existing itinerary compared to website. Terrible filtering options for flights. Hotel rates are higher than going straight to hotel sites, often are non refundable and prepaid without loyalty putting, which makes no sense for a business traveler. Alerts and notifications by this app are often too many but too late.
1 ★ The single most useless and buggy app on my phone. I only use it because I have to. Crashes a dozen times while using it. Doesn't sign in using SSO pretty much all the time. Throws in weird error messages. URLs that don't work. They could not make it worse if they tried.
1 ★ Terrible user experience. They have all my info on my profile but I have to fill in the same info when checking into a flight. Their address matching isn't great and won't tell you what's wrong with your entry. Zoom buttons hover over form submissions so you can't select next or enter.
1 ★ I have had the app installed for 2 days and I have tried multiple times at various times in the day to log into my account and I consistently get "unable to connect to network" error. When using my browser on my phone, I can login no problem.
