Alipay 10.6.76.8000 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows an application to read or write the system settings.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

1 ★ Account get freeze for some reason when not in used for 4 months. Tried to unfreeze using instruction provided to link bank card, but keep showing "system busy".

1 ★ Very poor English support. Can't add an address or bank or credit card.

1 ★ Useless. They frozen your tourpass account for no reason, and you can't even do anything about it. Very unprofessional.

5 ★ The versatility and ease of use from this app is superb. The problem is the restriction on accessing your funds outside of mainland China. The sooner this is addressed the better. However, I don't think that will change anytime soon.

2 ★ Always saying "Linking of this card is temporarily available" whenever I try to add a card

1 ★ Alipay is absolute garbage if you want to do anything outside of Chinese banking. They say you can use it internationally but that is a complete lie. If you only want to do banking within China feel free, but if you are international in any capacity, stay far away from this app. 0 stars. Once money goes in, it never comes out.

1 ★ Really bad user experience for foreign users. Cannot verify my acc and there are many problems when using some function.

3 ★ This app just makes the grade as average. If you think because you choose english as your language, that it will actually be translated into english think again. Most of the app is still going to be in chinese, and expect to have no idea what the notifications you are getting mean, because guess what they are in Chinese. That being said. It could be worse. It does it's job even if you are going to be using google translate to figure out what is going on most of the time. 3 out of 5.
