App permissions

Effect Radio 7.07 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ I love the format of Effect Radio, but not this app. Don't know why but the music just stopped. The timer and name of artists were still displayed but no music. I tried going out and relaunching but it did the same thing twice. Had to uninstall ☹️ I'll check back after a while to see if the problem is fixed.

3 ★ The Effect radio station is fantastic, but the app is rough. I've been listening for a few years streaming from my phone. The app starts up just fine, but randomly shuts off the music. I usually have to close the app, then start it back up.

1 ★ great radio station lots of inspirational music sermon uplifting voices but your app keeps shuts down I have to exit the app go back in in order to continue playing please fix this issue so that those who want to keep listening to your radio station will god bless

2 ★ I want to give it five stars. A Christian company putting out a rock/rap music service? Sounds perfect, right? Sadly, soon after launching it will crash. Please get this fixed soon.

4 ★ love the app but it shuts off all the time. My internet works fine. I stream music on other apps and they dont shut down like this one.

1 ★ You have to keep your screen on the whole time or else it stops.

1 ★ It only plays for about 5 minutes then is silent but the song keeps going so you have to press puase then play every 5 minutes please fix i love this station and cand get it on a stereo

5 ★ I used to listen to nothing else, effect radio is a great source of Christian music! Unfortunately over the past year the app has quit working, it cuts out every 4 minutes or so. I tried leaving for a year and thought I'd give it another shot hoping its changed but no....... please fix it so we can all enjoy your amazing station again

1 ★ I see all these comments about it turning off! WHY DONT YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM?!?!?! It's been at least 6 months since this problem started!!!!

5 ★ I couldn't get strong enough signal on my local station, so now I stream it through my phone via Bluetooth. Best station ever!

2 ★ I had to delete this app because it turns itself on constantly. This includes during times when it's distracting and embarrassing. Sorry CSN. You need to fix this one.
