1 ★ Terrible app full of bugs. My clients are unable to accept invitations, unable to receive verification codes, the app keeps saying no Internet connection (on wifi and 4g), unable to update profile and picture, and most recently the support chat feature causes my app to crash every time I press it. All issues raised with support 4 weeks ago, with either clueless responses after waiting days on end, or no response at all. Awful customer support. Awaiting full refund. Do not use.

4 ★ Super cool app for online coaching. would love a feature where I can order the videos better.
3 ★ Works well most of the time but I've had trouble when changing phones or trying to have more than one space (2 different coaches) simultaneously which can be frustrating
3 ★ We enjoy this app for the interaction with our son's golf coach. Only issue which we have been having the past few months is that there is a massive lag many times with getting notifications. Some messages we don't receive until days after they have been sent and sometimes not at all. Which when trying to arrange things or get feedback before next practice session is frustrating.
5 ★ This app has been great at streamlining remote feedback for me. I find the Library aspect of it to be a little convoluted, but I primarily use videos from my Google Drive for comparisons. Feature request: ability to flip videos horizontally (maybe you can now but haven't figured out how)

5 ★ Reliable communication between golfer and coaches. Easy to import videos from your phones Gallery into editable and portable process.
1 ★ Has anyone read the data safety & sharing info about this app? It's the worst! And, all the data they retrieve from your phone isn't even transmitted across encrypted channels (so easily hacked) & there is no way to request deletion of my data- ever. Yea, it's a no-go for me. I don't care how good the app is. I'm tired of sharing my digital life with developers just so they can sell my info.
5 ★ Amazing technology while offering tremendous convenience for both player and coach. I'm thrilled. Coordinating schedules for lessons can be very challenging, but this app makes it possibile to bypass needing to be in the same place at the same time.
5 ★ The app is very good how everything is built and organized. I love the slow motion feature. Suggestion: It would be great if videos could be edited before one posts them. This way it saves storage and time that the coach can focus on what is important.
3 ★ I use this app for my team every day. It's a great idea and the app has a lot of good tools. The execution still needs work. Notifications get swarmed via video posts it's hard to use to communicate with athletes. The post and comment format isn't good for multiple discussions and comments. The colors for the video reviews tools rarely have enough contrast and blend in with the video. That being said I do love this app and what it attempts to do.
5 ★ Brilliant app! Had a golf lesson recently and took away some new moves to work on. I uploaded a short clip to show my progress to the coach and he gave me some positive feedback and instructed me to continue as I was.If it wasn't for the ability to easily share my content through the app and compare, I could have gone of line in my practice and be waiting until my lesson for correction. One simple upload has potentially saved me weeks in time, and the cost of an additional lesson. Fantastic!
2 ★ Decent premise. Horrible to use if you are trying to analyze joint angles. You can't adjust your current angle without adding more. From there you can't delete those. Not very user friendly.
5 ★ This app is a fantastic opportunity for coaches and players. Loving the ability to comment orally on top of swing video while manually moving through the video from frame to frame. Well done CoachNow.
