Al-Jami 'or commonly known as Sahih Muslim Book is a book (book) collection of hadith compiled by Imam Muslim (full name: Abul Husain Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Naisaburi) who lived between 202 to 261 Hijra. He was a disciple of Imam Bukhari.

This hadith collections among Sunni Muslims are the second best collection after Sahih Bukhari. Of the approximately 300,000 hadith which he collected only about 4000 have been investigated for his life and acceptable authenticity.

Sahih Muslim is divided into several books where each book consists of several chapters. The chapter titles indicate Imam Muslim jurisprudence against those hadiths contained therein.
