Download the latest EDF & MOI application, version 15.1.1, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Groupe EDF and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 15.1.1, 14.16, 14.15, 14.14.3, 14.14.2, 14.14.1, 14.7, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Access your customer area to:
• see at a glance the status of your EDF account and your consumption on the dashboard,
• send your meter readings every two months to be billed as accurately as possible,
• monitor the installation of your Linky ™ meter by the Enedis distributor,
• know your energy expenditure day after day with "My news feed" (for customers equipped with a communicating Linky ™ or a communicating Gazpar ™ meter),
• choose an annual consumption target not to be exceeded and have you alerted (with a communicating Linky ™ meter),
• adjust your monthly payment to adapt it to your actual consumption (only for customers equipped with a communicating Linky ™ meter),
• better understand the evolution of your consumption and anticipate your estimated expenses at the end of the month thanks to your projections,
• benefit from advice on saving energy,
• discover the equipment that consumes the most in your home,
• associate your connected objects (thermostat, weather station, radiator, etc.) and view the distribution of your uses,
• pay your bills or manage your payment method,
• download your contract certificate or your EDF invoice,
• take out the most suitable electricity and / or gas contract in the event of a move,
• Easily declare your claim from the app (if you have subscribed to our Confidence Troubleshooting Solution services)
The EDF & MOI application also allows you to:
• consult the list of useful telephone numbers,
• contact EDF on Facebook or Twitter,
• compare EDF's different energy offers,
• know the color of the EJP or Tempo days, after a first authentication to the customer area (if you have one of these options)
• receive alerts when your invoice is edited to find out the amount withdrawn, the amount to be paid or the reimbursement in your favor
Your app within earshot
No need to go looking for your EDF & MOI app among dozens of others. From now on, a simple "OK Google, open the EDF app" gives you access to your customer area! (Android 5 or later)
Remember to activate the voice assistant beforehand from the Google application (lower right corner → More → Settings → Voice)
Because accessibility of the application for all is at the heart of our concerns, we regularly optimize it for visually impaired (VoiceOver and TalkBack), deaf and hard of hearing users (chat and / or video in LSF).
Authentication to EDF & MOI with Fingerprint is done from a compatible model running Android Marshmallow (version 6.0) or later. Your device must not be jailbroken (rooted) and its lock code must be activated. Your fingerprints must first be registered on your device.
App permissions
EDF & MOI 15.1.1 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

3 ★ It has potential, but for the moment is problematic in use, eg very frequent disconnects, error in communication, long delays between pressing a button and seeing the result, updates not at real time one has to wait one day plus several hours for an update, many useless animations that take time in the end to tell you error in connection
1 ★ Update. Support contacted me and suggested version 10.7 would fix the issue. Downloaded and installed it. It still doesn't work. Refuses to display consumption. I was very happy previously, but now it's pointless, as I cannot track my consumption. A smart meter with a dumb mobile interface. Update. Despite providing the required details two weeks ago, the app is still broken and no updates have been provided by the developers. Update 'mon fil d'actu' not working AGAIN.
5 ★ Easy to access information .
1 ★ I'd like to see what the current reading is. Also have not been able to log in (service indisponible) for months. Password reset never gets an email. Very poor.
2 ★ Unfortunately, it stops working on a regular basis for me. I was able to follow my consumption through the app last year, but for some reason, it has stopped working. I have re- installed the app several times. It works for a short while and then stops again. Is it to do with updates? It's quite irritating.....
1 ★ Terrible terrible app. Takes too long to load, often doesn't show the info that you want and often crashes. Doesn't automatically update, just tells you that there's a problem. The app is so bad that I'm currently looking for a new energy supplier.
1 ★ It has been impossible to connect to my account ever since I downloaded this application several months ago. I was hoping to have it fixed with the latest update or by reinstalling it but no. Always stuck at "Un petite instant" or "Service indisponible"
1 ★ Always 2 days behind with information. Recently it has missed out days. Since 14 February it has only given 14, 17 and 20. Today is 23 February 2022. Very disappointing. Easy to use but still two or three days behind as of 26 October last update is 23 October. In these days when we are trying to be economic with our heating - pompe a chaleur it would be good to have a daily report. Otherwise we are happy with the app.
1 ★ Unusable for the past weeks. I get the error "Authentication is not available, try again later" every time I press the button to start the login process. I don't even get the chance to write my credentials. Otherwise, the application was quite useful until this happened.
3 ★ A good set of tools, well presented, BUT unbelievably slow to load data (often fails completely), why do I have to log in every time, no "real-time" display and the weather that is overlaid against my consumption seems to come from a different country
4 ★ sometimes takes too long to give final data breakdown.also if you have 2 houses difficulty to switch to the other contract from option e quilibre.... mieux en vitesse et plus facile pour les deux msison. MERCI
2 ★ It worked brilliantly till last week, but I haven't had any real time reading for one week now, so it doesn't deserve 4 stars I gave it in January. Pity as otherwise it's a very easy to use app, and when it works, it really does help me to control my electricity consumption daily and have already reduced my usage.
