1 ★ Session timeout while entering data (no delay on my part). Won't accept access code. Far more annoying than useful. App is useless. All logins work on website.
1 ★ It keeps saying "There was a problem connecting to the network" when there's literally no reason it should be having such a problem. I'm using WiFi, and have great service. This app wasn't ready to be launched and should have never hit the market until it was.
5 ★ To the people saying the app doesn't work. If you download the app BEFORE you pull your credit report you will encounter an error. You MUST pull your credit report first on your computer. I got an error then used PC to pull report, now app works as advertised.
1 ★ I get email update saying my info has changed, but the app won't show any updates beyond Feb and keeps telling me my next update is Mar, 2017
2 ★ "system timeout" is the message I get despite entering the correct information. I have done troubleshooting, yet nothing has worked. Please fix this issue and I will update the rating.
