4 ★ application has become unusable during drops. within 5 minutes of the drop I get a banner across the top saying that I have no internet connection despite being on either Wi-Fi or LTE. and when the drop comes I just get a spinning dot in the center of my screen until about 1 minute after the drop has ended. edited: app has come a long way over the past year. performance and stability have increased across all aspects.
5 ★ This is an awesome app, very easy to use and straight forward. You can buy original limited edition art pieces from popular artists and collectables from major companies like Marvel, DC Comics, Cartoon Network and Universal to name a few. You can view your collection in a 3D setting or display them in AR. My biggest complaint is that the app needs to add many features to make it more effective for the users and fix the crashing issue when you have to many items in the scroll list.
4 ★ App is great but bots dominate it. Some drops are sold out in 0.3 second or less. There should be a lottery system where only X amount of people randomly get selected and have the opportunity to buy a drop. The user should be able to sell/transfer their spot in the drop and it would solve all these issues with bots. Aside from that though, app is great!
1 ★ Awful! You fund your account with $ to buy "gems" that are needed to buy nft's. But, you have virtually no chance of getting new "drops" as bots buy them up in a nanosecond. When you try a pop up shows saying "attempting to secure an order reservation" then inevitably the pop up "something went wrong, unable to reserve a collectable, please try again". You're left to buy NFT's that are priced 10x-100x+ more than the drop. Also, after you fund, there is no way to withdraw your $ from this app. :(
3 ★ The concept is fantastic, but the execution is mediocre. I'll start with the Positives: bringing the concept of NFTs to mainstream audiences especially with such incredible brands & IP; & OMI integration, plus the ability to stake & trade. Now onto the Negatives: movement controls through the Vault is awful. Also the way drops sell out are completely open to Bot exploitation. The point of bringing NFTs via this method/medium was to prevent the exclusion of those w/ lighter wallets. Needs work!!
4 ★ The app could use some new features, like stronger search functions, a more organized marketplace and changing the app's color scheme. A new showroom would be fun too. But as it is, the app is a fun playground for collectors, as it offers a great selection of digital collectibles from popular IPs. Even international IPs.
1 ★ Auctions end while Market Place is down (happens often) preventing more bids. New drops that are supposed to take place at 8am PST sell out hours earlier. No ability to sort auctions by "ending soonest." After looking at a comic book and going back to all comics, page reloads instead of allowing you to continue scrolling from where you left off. No ability to search / sort by item name or comic book title. No ability to make sellers an offer. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
1 ★ After 2 years no innovations just infinite drops, and the team has abandoned so much of the road map. Plus you need 500 USD to cashout, with 13% withdrawal fees??? Veve isn't what it used to be. The potential is over.
5 ★ VPN caused the app to not load items..If I delete my data and cache, it will load if I login again. Please address this issue or hire someone who knows what they are doing... Get rid of bots in the market that sell under retail so people will participate in drops again. Make the drop price the lowest price or maybe 10% less than drop so that items are sold out. People can collect to trade with confidence that they will get their money back.
4 ★ The App has improved significantly there are still feed features like post history or a easier to find feed posts/messages experience to be added but as veve user since March 2021 had fun and the team is improving in regard of the costumer requests , great licences and community overall
2 ★ Be aware not many are highlighting this but when you buy into this app, there is a minimum amount of "gems" aka their mobile money for you to cash out the balance. Minimum 500 gems need to remain in your account to cash out anything. They can also prohibit ur accnt anytime they want preventing acess to the NFTs you "own".
1 ★ Veve is by the far the best app I have had the pleasure to download and use. Highly addicted to buy collectable and comics. Listen not everyone is going to get a drop. That's the way it is, if everyone had a Charizard it would be worthless. Sometimes you you lucky sometimes you don't, that's life. But for collectors and flippers this is the app for you. Also VEVE has a crypto token called OMI for you crypto investors.
4 ★ Two stars because the digital collectibles they produce are really good. But all this is negated by the fact that customer support is absolutely horendous. The worst experience I ve had with any company so far. 2023 update: Massive improvements in customer support and app functionality, really enjoy the app at the moment.
3 ★ AR and Notifications stopped working after update! And can't even view my collectables. I thought updates were supposed to fix things, NOT Break them!
3 ★ Amazing app for what they trying to achieve in new space. This is an amazing digital collectors app where you can place your collectibles in your digital show room or in your room in AR. Latest version does not allow me to view in AR as the I keep getting allow storage app permissions in app settings. But it is on
