1 ★ Звонила уже вам 2 раза с просьбой удалить мой номер из вашей рассылки смс, все равно шлют спам свой! Достали! Ваш магазин не понравился!
2 ★ Если частично соберешь корзину в приложении и потом захочешь продолжить собирать и офрмлять через ПК, то у тебя ничего не получится. Или если с разных телефонов зайдешь под одной учеткой, то набор в корзине не сохраняется, очень неудобно! Мы с женой со своих телефонов наполняем корзину по необходимости (при готовке что-то вспоминается и тд) и потом заказываем. Синхронизируйте учетки, пожалуйста, у сбермаркета, например, это удобно сделано.
4 ★ Много полезных продуктов. 3 года искала, где список моих заказов: не очень удобный интерфейс, нет чата
4 ★ Всё хорошо, но очень хотелось бы, чтобы закончившиеся товары не пропадали из корзины, а уходили бы, например, в список "временно отсутствует". Я собираю корзину в течении дня, а то и нескольких и очень неудобно потом сидеть и думать, а что же пропало?
5 ★ Очень удобное приложение, приятное оформление, это во-первых. Во-вторых, большой выбор продукции тоже порадовал. Продукты все свежие, качественные, видно, что компания ответственно относится к этому вопросу. Доставкой тоже осталась довольна, быстро привезли, ребята вежливые, улыбчивые, все в масках и в перчатках (что очень важно). Буду продолжать пользоваться приложением и услугами компании. Спасибо большое!
