1 ★ Schedule set for 45°F and yet still the heat keeps running instead of turning off like it should. Do not buy this thermostat unless you want it to run all the time even when comfort settings are set below or above the temperatures outside. They work with your power company to charge you more, not save you money. Worthless junk!
5 ★ After 2 years of use, no real complaints. Easy to use and never glitchy. I do wish turning off your system through the app was a bit easier to find. I had a video work call to take suddenly and needed quiet and I was struggling to turn off the heater from the app. Other than that, works great. :)
3 ★ There isn't really anything out there that comes close to the functionality of Ecobee. Sharing data with other companies is not appreciated though.
4 ★ Communicates very well. Easy interface.
5 ★ Straight forward with good information.
