Description
The all new ECG PowerApp reflects our renewed vision to delight customers at all touch-points. It enables you to connect to critical information as they happen, and to engage directly with our customer service team to report issues for timely feedback on this app.
Top up for all prepaid and postpaid meter types (and soon including selected card-based meters via NFC and Bluetooth)
Our refreshed top-up process means that you can receive refunds faster should any transaction go wrong, and withdraw same refunds instantly to your mobile money wallet or bank account.
We're excited to embark on this new journey of convenience with you.

1 ★ Very poor. Full of errors. Can't buy power when you need it the most. Pls do better ECG. We already have enough power issues, don't add this one too
1 ★ Even the most basic functionality is broken. How did this app pass the review process? The topup I did never showed up even after I was billed. This is unacceptable.
3 ★ You would have to wait for an hour for light if you run out of credit before buying, which I think should be worked on. Thank you
5 ★ I don't just like the app, but the initiative of releaving customers from extra cost and risk. But please try to always make it better to win more people to patronizing it.
4 ★ Satisfactory app. It works perfectly.I am using postpaid meter and it's working for me but i don't know those using prepaid cards.
3 ★ It is good and sometimes it don't function well koraa please fix the issue on it.Pls why don't you show up the amount to buy and credit it will give you so that it will help us to know better.
1 ★ Eeiii Ghana....I can't think far .....I bought credit and the payment was successful, after was I try buying with the same number I registered with this app...now seeing a notification telling me my number is not registered with their system...why !!! E.C.G how many systems are there......?

1 ★ Poor service. Pls don't be using this app, they will ask you why you used the app when you get issues with the app and tries to resolve it at their office. I have been wondering why this app is still on the store whiles they are telling people not to be using it.
